⇢︎ I KNOW what you're thinking..."it's just a showcase of your graphics why are there rules blah, blah, blah?"
⇢ ︎WELL RULES are still needed because of some of the few people on this app who still need to be told this. (No offense to those who do)
⇢ ONE.... Do not and I mean DO NOT take these graphics and try to use them as your own or make a story to say these are yours. These are not graphics I'm giving away, I just make them for fun or my own use.
⇢ TWO....If you screenshot it and decide to use it after I have clearly not given consent I will report your account and the book it was used in. That is MY graphic that I worked hard on and did not give permission to be used. These graphics are like my babies I take pride in them and will NOT have them being stolen.
⇢ FOUR.... Criticism is allowed. But not just blankly rude words about my graphics. Criticism as in you looking at my graphic and telling me what you think could be improved or should not have been done (ex. MAYBE TRY FEWER HIGHLIGHTS OR USE CLEARER IMAGES) if I see any rude comments that are not telling me ways improve I will simply just block you. Nothing more if you don't like my work, okay, I get that, but that doesn't give you the right to try to put me down because of your taste.
⇢ FIVE.... Don't compare me to other graphic designers. I've seen it happen to other designers and not only is that just rude it also kills my self-esteem. I'm a sensitive person I literally cry almost every day over small things because I'm a sensitive person. So you comparing my work to others that I know in fact are better than mine just makes me feel worse about it.
⇢ SIX.... My reason for making a portfolio is just so I can see my progress. Lately, I've been looking at old covers and redoing them, and the improvement from then to now is amazing. This is mostly for me, so enjoy my world. Did you see that? MY world. Meaning it's MY world and even though I just said I'm sensitive if you try to come at me for it I will get defend MY world before turning into a crybaby.
AGAIN ANYONE WHO FAILS TO FOLLOW THE RULES WILL BE BLACKLISTED AND BANNED FROM MY SHOP FOREVER.
