Ricky was saying things like 'never hesitate, never wave' while dicky was by his locker brushing his hair.
Dicky: You ready to ask ur girl?
Ricky: Ready. You ready to ask yours
Dicky: Born ready *shutting his locker*
They walked to where you were talking with dawn
Both: There she is! What?!!
They said as they looked at one another.
Dicky: I'm going to ask y/n
Ricky: I'm going to ask y/n
Dicky: Oh, Ricky, Ricky, Ricky. *laughing* She is way out of your league. Think about it.
Ricky: You told me not to think!
They both rushed to where you were and....
Ricky: Hello, y/n-
Dicky: Uh, will u go to the dance with me? *interrupting ricky while running in*

R&D: Yes! *jumping in excitment then stopped* To who?
Y/n: to one of you. I just don't know which one. Your both so nice. You know what? Just meet me before the dance, and I will tell you guys then *says leaving after*
*At the dance* Dicky: There she is *pointing at you while they walked in*
Both: Good luck!
Y/n: Hey I've made a decision...I chose Dicky
Both: Yes! Which dicky? (They were both dressed as dicky)

Ricky: I understand that! *walking away*

You both dance all night. He even walked you home. You shivered from the cold. Dicky obviously noticed. He offered you his jacket, but you denied. He kept offering until eventually you gave in. When u got home, you gave him a kiss on the cheek.
Dicky: Hey uh...do you maybe wanna hangout tomorrow?
Y/n: Like a date?
Dicky: Yeah sure
Y/n: Then yeah i'd love to
Dicky: See u tomorrow then
Y/n: bye
*the next day* You got up and got ready to head to dicky's house. Once you got to dicky's house, you knock on the door. Dawn opened the door and said... Dawn: Hey y/n
Y/N: Hi Is dicky here?
Dawn: Uhh yeah let me go get him
Once dicky cam downstairs, you guys went to hangout. Y'all went to the park and got ice cream. After that, you guys went home. He walked you home. Once you got to your house, he did something you never knew he'd do.
Y/N: Thanks for bringing me home!
Dicky: No problem.
Y/N: So i'll see you tom-
He kissed you and before you could react, he pulled away.
Dicky: Bye
He went home and you were still stuck in front of your house trying to process what just happened.
