The promise (angst)

"I dont think it's going to be Tommy, it's not going to be Techno, Dream. If you break out of this prison, it's gonna be- it's gonna be me who takes your final life."

That's what Sapnap had said when he had visited Dream in prison months ago.

But now as Dream was in his arms, a sword through his torso, struggling to breathe.

He looked into his eyes, thanked him for all the memories and company he gifted him.

Because in truth, it was better to die at the hands of a person who was considered more than a friend, but a brother, someone who you would sacrifice your own life for, than an enemy who would kill you without a thought.

A/N:
It's short, I know, but this is the first time I have ever written a fanfic and we're starting right off the bat with angst here. Also Sorry if I dont post a lot bc I have school, low motivation, and not a lot of inspiration. Anyways see you! :)
