Chapter 1 (Percy)

Annabeth! Percy yelled. "I need to talk to you about something" said Percy. "What is it?" Asked Annabeth? "I can't tell you here we have to go to my cabin it's important" "ok ok I'll come after I do some training see you in a bit Percy" and with a light kiss on the cheek she was off. After that Percy started to actually acknowledged that his birthday was today. He would hopefully after the talk with Annabeth go to his moms apartment for cake and ice cream that was blue of course. Percy waited in is cabin pacing back and forth until a knock on the door came at last he cleaned up his cabin for her in the midst of waiting. So Percy went to open the door and there was his best friend and girlfriend side by side. Percy pulled Annabeth to a spot where they could talk privately. "Why did you bring Grover?" Asked Percy. "I just thought he should know I mean he is our friend." Said Annabeth. "Ok fine" and so they sat Dow and Percy told them what he had been noticing." Wait so your telling me that you think the city has been changing?" Asked Grover. "Yeah that's what I'm saying" "Well of course it is changing it's called economic growth Perc" "No Grover you don't understand I think we have monster activity." As the three went up to Chiron to ask if they could leave camp so Percy could show his friends what he saw.
