After the whole situation on the bridge, the group were walked over to a tent to be medically examined before they could be released. Everyone was fine except for Y/N who had a little cough from the explosion she was in with Johnny and the little girl.

"Where are your ears?" Johnny asked, looking at Ben examining him while Y/N smacked him on the shoulder.
"Be nice." she said harshly then looked at her brother "I know it's a stupid question but are you ok?" she walked in front of Ben looking him in the eyes.
"N-no, I'm not." He shakes his head upset "Look at Y/N, I'm a monster." he looked down at his feet "I-I need to be back to normal and make up with Debbie...."
Y/N got mad hearing her brother mentioning the thought of getting back with her. She literally just left him because he changed on the outside but underneath all that hard stone rock, he was still Ben-- Her loving overprotective brother and she was going to do everything she could to help him get through this new part of his life.
She stayed in the tent thinking about how her life-- everyone's lives have now changed forever... Suddenly, she heard Johnny outside the tent, as she glanced to see what was happening Johnny put his arms around Reed and Ben loving and selling the whole superhero act when Ben, Reed, and Sue were hating every minute of it.
-- The Baxter Building --
The five of them arrived at the Baxter Building where Reed lived, the second they got out of the cars they were in, all of them were quickly swarmed by reporters, Y/N got uncomfortable and nervous quickly making Johnny notice. Seeing Y/N feel unsafe was enough for him to stop posing and talking to the reporters. He ran over hugging her walking into the building.
"You alright Pidge?" He let her go looking at her, rubbing his hands up and down her arms.
"I'm fine... Where's--" Before she could finish her sentence, she saw Ben walk in and straight to the elevator which sadly could not lift him.
"I'll take the stairs" Ben said upset
Y/N looked at Johnny, Sue, and Reed waiting for her to now get into the elevator. "I'm going to take the stairs with my brother." She quickly leaves running to the door where the stairs are following her brother.
Sue watched Y/N run off and then looked at her brother giving him the stink eye. "You better not hurt her again Johnny."
Johnny stared at her blankly "I don't know what you're talking about Sue."
-- Back with Y/N and Ben --
"Reed promised he would help me get back to normal." Ben was happy to share that news with his sister, hoping that when it did no one would look at him like a freak and everything could go back to the way things used to be.
"Ben..." Y/N took a deep breath "I kept my mouth shut for too long, Debbie wasn't good for you-- she never cared about you Ben, if she did-- she never would've taken this ring off her hand." Y/N took the ring out of her jacket pocket and showed Ben, hoping he'd finally accept the truth but it backfired.
