Ned: Dude! dude!

Peter: What?

Ned: You said no to being an Avenger? What the fuck, dude?

Peter: I thought it was a test...

Ned: Even so, why on earth would you turn down an opportunity to be one? Didn't you want to be an Avenger?

Peter: After the Vulture thing, I think I want to stay as the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man for a little while.

Peter: Mr. Stark, was also insistent that I stay with the training wheels, for training and Karen's gonna be my tutor, or something. So that's good.

Ned:..but you're an Avenger now, right?

Peter: What? no. Why did you ask?

Ned: We are in the Avengers' Museum...

Ned, dragging Peter: You've got to see this.

Ned lead Peter towards at the very end of the room. MJ was the only one there, the others are still checking the other display near the entrance.

MJ: Didn't know you're an Avenger, Loser.

Peter: Oh, I'm not.

MJ, raising an eyebrow and then pointing something infront of it: Mind telling me why this is in the Avenger's Museum?

Peter looked at what MJ was pointing. He was surprised to see that his old suit was on a mannequin, beside it is a hologram of the first suit Mr. Stark gave him. The one he used in Germany. There was also a hologram of his webshooters. The screen on the left showed the webs being tested, Friday cut him from the video, which was good. On the right side showed a security footage of Spider-Man helping civilians and going on patrols.

Ned, pointing at a screen under the glass window separating them from the suit: Read this...

"When you can do the things that I can, but you don't, and then the bad things happen, they happen because of you."
-Spider-Man to Tony Stark

"Just don't do anything I would do. And definitely don't do anything I wouldn't do. There's a little gray area in there and that's where you operate."
-Tony Stark to Spider-Man

"I'd rather just stay on the ground for a little while. Friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. Somebody's got to look out for the little guy, right?"
-Spider-Man to Tony Stark

"You know what? He actually made a really mature choice. It just surprised the heck out of us."
-Tony Stark to Pepper Potts, after Spider-Man turn down the offer to be an Avenger

"Spider-Man? Is a Real Hero. I'm proud of him, really proud."
-Tony Stark to The Avengers

Spider-Man
Status: Friendly Neighborhood Hero but also an Avenger (When he is ready to be one), appointed by Tony Stark.

Peter was holding his tears back. He'll cry later. His eyes were watering, he begun to pout trying not to cry out of happiness.

Tony: PETER BENJAMIN PARKER!

MJ, Ned and Peter turn their heads to see an angry Tony Stark walking to their way, with the Avengers and the decathlon team behind him. Yeah, Tony didn't notice the them, why would he?

Peter: Mr. Stark? What are you doing here?

Tony, not looking directly at Peter because he can't say that while looking directly at him: Skipping Class?! Unbelievable. Unforgivable. Where did I go wrong? If you wanted to tour the place you could've told me but nooo. You are grounded young man. No more patrols or lab time for a week! Am I clear?
