User can see many timeline they are connected to by quirk
User can see the timelines and various of their quirk. User can only see events around their quirk and may get possible training ideas from timelines.
User may also see the history and future of their quirk in other timelines, though it is more likely they will see the disasters that the other users cause.
This will trigger user's mind to be over loaded in most cases and further expiration of the condition is not advised. Those who don't die from the overload of information will be erratic, which cannot be reversed. Events witnessed are all real within their timelines.
All subjects who experience this condition will end their own life or request to be free of pain they have witnessed.
