After the process of Rose becoming Steven, Pearl was confused. It was new for her, she didn't like it one bit. It took some time for the Crystal Gens to get used to Greg and Steven but they managed. Pearl. She was still confused. She was now fully ownerless. It was different.
Current day
Pearl walked up to the temple after visiting the beach down front of the Crystal gems house. As she entered she looked around the familiar area and sadly smiled, spotting the photo of Rose near the stairs. She continued into the house to see Amethyst and Steven sat on the kitchen counters , "hey Pearl!" "Hey P!"
"Hello Steven, Hello Amethyst. Have you seen Garnet? I need a word with Ruby and Sapphire."
Steven replied first, "No,sorry Pearl" He then turned his head to Amethyst and she just shrugged .
She left , sighing . Off on her new "quest" .
