South then slowly puts his hand over Y/N's head, she flinched and quickly look at him thinking it was someone else

"I should've not bring you here..." He said, he then grabbed her shoulder and pushed her back to the Rokahara members

"GET HER OUT OF HER!" He yelled, Y/N was shocked and came back to her sense, as the members quickly carried her out of the scene before going to rampage

"SOUTH!"

Y/N cried and tried to break free but the members were too many and her condition is getting worst

"He's not breathing..." Takemichi said, making all of them froze, Kokonoi ended that shitty battle and yelled that Senju lost to South and South lost to Mikey making the Kantou Manji Gang wins

When they were about to leave, they heard running coming closer and closer, Kakucho eyes widened, it was Y/N's

"BLOCK HER WAY! NOW!" He yelled but all of them were scared, Y/N was covered in blood, hair all messy and stared at Mikey with anger filled in her eyes

"MIKEY!"

She yelled and ran towards him ready to give a punch, Mikey was about to blocked her again but Y/N kicked his legs, he fell down while Y/N sat on his stomach.

She raised raised her fist and was about to punch Mikey but she felt a sting in her neck, her vision were getting blurry.

"WHAT THE DID YOU DO SANZU?!" Ran yelled, all of them were shocked, Sanzu then threw the anesthesia away from his hands, fell down on his knees and trembled.

Ran slowly puts Kakucho down and ran towards Y/N, he picked her up away from Mikey's body and glared at Sanzu

"WHAT THE FUCK WERE YOU THINKING?!" He yelled in anger at Sanzu, Sanzu raised his head to face her sister's body going pale

"I WAS TRYING TO SAVE H-" "WHO?!" Ran cuts him off

"YOU TRYING TO SAVE MIKEY WEREN'T YOU!" Ran said

"N-NO! I WAS TRYING TO SAVE HER!" Sanzu starts to tear up

"SAVE HER?! WHO JUST INJECTED THAT DRUG THROUGH HER NECK! YOU WERE SAVING MIKEY OVER YOUR OWN SISTER!" Ran yelled, Mikey stood up and touched his cheeks and looked at his hands blood, it wasn't his. His eyes widened

"Y/N..." He called, he then grabbed Ran's shoulder making him look at him, he knew that blood wasn't his but Y/N's.

"Blood..." Ran froze and looked at Y/N, blood was coming out of her mouth

"Ran...?" Y/N called

"No no no no no no... Y/N..." Ran brushed her hair away from her face and started crying

Senju and Takeomi walked slowly towards them, tears falling down their faces, Y/N noticed other presence, she looked at her siblings and smiled

"...long time no see Senju, big brother..." she looks at Ran "I'm okay Ran... You can put me down now..."

"But-" "Please..." Y/N pleaded as Ran slowly puts her down helped her to stand up, Y/N looks at Sanzu, she slowly walked towards him and hugged him

"Haru-nii-chan..." Y/N smiled making Sanzu cry more the other siblings then joined them both and started crying. The 4 siblings of Akashi has "finally" reunited. Y/N walked away from her three siblings and stared at Mikey

"Manjiro-kun" she called, Mikey slowly was about to reach her face but Y/N coughed more blood, she was losing her balance

"Y/N..." Mikey called as Y/N leans on his chest, she raised her head and smiled at Mikey

Mikey held her head and hugged her tightly "Y/N..."

He felt weird for some reason, he looked at Y/N and carried her in his arms, the other members noticed that Y/N has finally slept

"Please let me... I'll take her to the hospital..." Takeomi walked towards Mikey and was about to take Y/N, Y/N's head suddenly bend over and hands on her side. Pale body and blood all over her mouth

Takeomi's heart dropped

"She's not breathing and her body is cold...." Mikey suddenly spoke and tears falling down his face

Y/N was injected twice but the one Sanzu did was dangerous, the anesthesia went to her throat not the veins that causes the blood and damaged her brain. Y/N Akashi died because of blood loss and the injuries she received on every fight. She still manages to remember the past but it was just only a few minutes.
