Eight-ball is Peter Lynne
Mia is Janine De Luca
Riptire is Steve Sissay
Arc is Ellie Maxted
There are some other characters that are hinted to be TBAR characters but to tell them here would spoil some of the story. So I'll just have to tell you about those in Authors Notes at the end of the chapters.
