Emily woke up and immediately panicked, she could feel blood dripping down her face, she turned to see that Sophie was still unconscious
She screamed out in pain as she tried to move her arm, she had injured it when the car collided with the tree
Emily looked up to see a masked figure infront of the car, the figure started walking towards it
The figure came up by her side of the car and touched the side of Emily's cheek gently, in that moment she realised that the masked figure was the killer, she instantly started to scream as loud as she could hoping someone would hear her
she watched as the killer went over to the other side of the car and started to pull Sophie out
"Don't fucking touch her" she screamed as she watched in horror
Emily started to thrash her body about hoping it would make a difference but it didn't, she was trapped in the car and there was nothing she could do to help Sophie
Emily watched as the killer laid Emily on the ground
"please don't hurt her!" Emily cried out with desperation in her voice
The killer pulled out a knife and started to touch it, Emily's eyes widened, she knew what was about to happen
"Please don't do this I'm begging you!" Emily pleaded as tears streamed down her face
The killer ignored her cry's and plunged the knife into Sophies chest
"NO" Emily screamed, she could feel her heart break as she witnessed her best friend being murdered
The killer continued to stab Sophie repeatedly, Emily watched In fear as her cry's became louder
The killer dropped the knife and stepped away from her body, Emily could see that Sophie had stopped breathing
Emily let our piercing screams as she could feel her heart shatter into a million pieces, her best friend was gone
The killer began to walk over towards Emily, her body went cold she was in a shock like state, one thing she had established is that the killer was definitely a male due to his height and build
He came up to her side of the car and before she could do anything he placed a white cloth over her mouth and nose, she tried to fight it but she was too weak, Emily was soon exposed to darkness as she blacked out
Emily shot up laying in a hospital bed, alone in the room, she instantly remembered what had happened, Sophie was dead
Tears started streaming down her face, her sobs started to get louder and louder as she could feel her heart ache, the pain she felt was unbearable
Liam ran in the room and rushed over to her bed, he cradled her in his arms
"Emily I'm so sorry" he said quietly as he held onto her tightly
