Promise?

"emmaaaa~" the young white haired child said 

"what is it brother?" the golden haired child replied 

"let's make a promise ok?" 

"what kind of promise dear brother?"

"Let's promise to never let each other go, whatever obstacle we may face we must find each other. when one of us is at our lowest we must be there for one another, ok?"

"what kind of promise is that brother izana?" the young lady asked with a confusing expression written on her face.

"Don't tell anyone about our promise ok? this is just us siblings' secret" the older brother said 

"fine dear brother, I promise to be always be there for you"

"well then emma, your dear brother will always be with you. I'll never let you go till I'm in my deathbed."

"silly brother you won't die so soon!"

"I know I know I'm just messing with you"

"I love you brother"

"I love you more than anyone else emma"

the two siblings hugged and laughed together.

years and months later (I'm now sure since there is no date written on the manga)

"emma, say byebye to your brother" The mother said 

"this is a goodbye, Bubby's going to an institution." the elder brother spoke

"Institution?, is that a fun place?" The young girl asked 

"yea it'll be fun for sure!" the brother said with a smile 

"aww lucky! I wanna go too!" the youngest sibling said as the brother let out a laugh

"I'll come back for you... eventually. I promise emma" the elder brother said leaving her sister with a smile.

the siblings waved a goodbye to each other with a smile. that was when emma was 3 yrs old.

"this is now where you'll be living from now on Kurokawa izana." the worker said 

the worker showed izana around the orpahange, as the co worker was showing him around he saw a young boy around his age. all alone in the corner it caught izana's attention so he came up to the boy who has a scar on his eye. 

"hi what's your name?' the boy asked 

"I-Itto..Kakucho.." the boy said nervously 

"I'm Izana kurokawa! Let's be friends!" the boy said proudly 

"I'm not into that thing.." 

"huh why not?"

"they're all gonna leave me anyways just like what my mom did." the boy replied with a frown on his face 

"well I wont!" the boy shouted confidently 

"how can I know that you're not lying?"

"I don't know but why not be brothers than be best friends!"

Kakucho's heart has lighten up when he heard those words, making him look up to izana.

"you promise?" the boy asked nervously 

"I promise! I even made a promise to my sister that I would come back to her" he smiled

"well then, welcome to my life brother Izana!"
