I'm not really sure if I consider his character as a second lead syndrome because he got a happy ending...he wasn't left alone miserably and all . And I liked the fact that he's character got over the heartbreak and all. But somewhere I believe it was a rebound and felt he liked hye-jin for so many years that it shouldn't be that easy to get over. But yeah that's just my opinion and I think the part where he got rejecting by her still show how painful it was And the fact that he didn't EAT after that is heartbreaking.
