Ok in this is a recent OC of mine.

Facts:
•he would usually have a hard time breathing
•instead of bringing that big gas tank of his he would just use that flask like container to drug his victims
• the reason why he has a hard time breathing and his hair tips are white Is because he has too much exposure to his on gas while making the formula.
• his sister is very artistic, his sister is Heartless Artist, Scarlette Witchcraft
• his real name is Tony Witchcraft
• he would rarely use his scythe
•always brings his gun
•used to be Slenderman's proxy at the age of 14 (10 months after his parents death and sister's disappearance )
• betrayed Slender
• disobeyed slender on an assignment
• got beat up after all of that,still has scars to prove it
• likes music (cause why not)
• his favorite song/ theme song is : World So Cold by 12 stones
