Creating playlist for my DR.
Using the 3 second and the blank method.
Creating a Pinterest board about my DR.
I didn't worry about how long it was taking me to shift.
I stopped obsessing over shifting. I took about a 3 week break on shifting and when I came back from my break I felt more symptoms than ever before.
Finalize my script. I would make sure my script is complete so I wouldn't stress when I was trying to shift about whether I did or did not script something.
When someone on tiktok talks about how they can't shift and that they feel like they can't do it I wouldn't relate to them instead I would think to myself well I can do it.
Writing a letter to the universe explaining what I want to see when I'm close to shifting and how grateful I was for everything.
