Even though they were not create on the Archon War ( 2000 later in the Game ) but there are 8000 years old  almost 2000 years older than Morax and Everyone though they just spirit but they are created by Y/N when she have both of her form 

The Light helps the Mortals and other beings sleep calm and Call as a Dreamer but you do wrong and bad things like killing and stealing and other things and the Dark will haunt you with nightmares and horror and use the people or/and creature you do wrong will haunt you until you gone crazy and mad because of it but one thing is real that you can't die until you redeem yourself or you gone crazy and insane

Arceus

Arceus's name may come from the words arch (highest) and deus, which is Latin for god. It may also have a root in the Latin word arcanus, which means secret; sacred mystery.

He's a  gods of secret; sacred mystery and he was also created by Y/N before every being in Liyue was created or every creatures and beings was born

He and the twins knew the identity of Y/N and specially Arceus

Y/N is the only one can create or recreate another gnosis even a copy but less or equal to that gnosis without knowing or  a fake

Before the fall of Khaen riah and Y/N evacuate the people or humans that are innocence were teleported somewhere safe while the humans against the Gods ( mostly in Celestia ) were taken in somewhere Y/N knew and then she created a Legion expect the human wants to kill or destroy the world or Celestia and harming others life form and so she left them to avoid suspicious from the Celestia and other God and Goddesses but mostly the Archon

And they create a weapons for until Y/N ask to start war but she said to wait and create an Army while they are doing that and Y/N wipe there memory of few things for there safety
