Next morning, Mia's hospital...
Third Person's POV
Since everyone was drunk and tipsy last night, Rindo was the one who drove (Y/n) to hospital and contacted Mia. So today, everyone went to her hospital to visit their only female executive.
Kakucho worriedly eyed (Y/n) who was sleeping soundly in her hospital bed. He instinctively engulfed her hand in his. Manjiro was devastated to see her bedridden again. Haruchiyo was facing the wall, couldn't bear the sight of his love being sick.
Takeomi and Hajime were leaning against the wall, maintaining their collected and calm demeanor although their hearts had sunk in anxiousness. Ran was comforting Rindo. Both brothers were worried.
Mia knocked on the door and opened, before walking into the wardroom.
"Sorry to keep you waiting, gentlemen." Mia apologized
"Straight to the point, Mia. What has happened to (Y/n)?" Manjiro fiercely asked. He couldn't wait any longer. He needed the answers.
"Her brain was stressed out from the pressure and shock of sudden return of the memories. I assure you , it is nothing harmful. However, I still need to monitor her condition so I will admit her to hospital for three days, at most." Mia calmly clarified.
"This is normal for amnesiac patient, gentlemen. They can possibly pass out or experience headache while trying to regain their memories. So you don't have to be that alarmed-" Mia was cut off by someone.
"Is chest pain normal for amnesiac patient?" Rindo inquired in seriousness.
"Chest pain?" Mia repeated, baffled.
"(Y/n) told me she got chest pain whenever her bad memories tried to return." Rindo added more. The others looked at each other before staring at Mia curiously.
"I'm afraid her chest pain isn't related to the amnesia. It was perhaps caused by past trauma." The explanation was the only thing Mia could come up with.
"...or it was the effect of that drug..." The statement escaped her mouth all of a sudden. Kakucho was quick to react. His face was suddenly written with solemnity.
"What drug?" The Bonten Number 3 member voiced out his question. Mia was expecting this. She knew Kakucho would be the most pissed off, among all executives.
"I investigated the cause of (L/n)-san's amnesia. I don't think it was an accident. Her amnesia... I assume it was actually planned. Someone schemed this." The medical expert shared her opinion, at last.
Hajime shot up from his chair. "Are you telling us someone drugged (Y/n) with amnesiac drug?"
"(L/n)-san didn't have any brain trauma when I did full body scan. She wasn't hit by a sturdy object nor she was ill before she lost memories. The possiblity of her getting drugged is certainly high, Kokonoi-sama." Mia argued. It was seriously hard to believe, but this was her only theory.
