its been about 3 hours since I made my grand appearance and I assume in those 3 hours they've been informing everyone of my return from the dead but right now that isn't important to me what is important to me is the fact that my kids misheard my orders and the fact that one of them got hurt because of the miscommunication

"ok so once you made you appearance you killed diodora smacked around the red dragon emperor and almost started a war because you all misheard my orders" I say while checking hikuro's injuries

"I apologise father it is my job as the eldest to ensure that the mission and its objectives are completed and that there are no miscommunications I beg for your forgiveness" vorca said bowing his head the other to hadn't looked up besides when hikuro woke up

"look me in the eyes when you apologise son those are basic manners" I say which made him look up I could tell he was about to apologise again but I raised my hand to show I wanted him to stop "I do not say these things to criticise you my sons I am simply checking the facts" I say looking at him "and the facts are that you all forgot one of the first rules I taught you and that is to always stay in contact with your sisters while your on the field I gave you permission to engage because I thought that rias and her peerage attacked you for no reason not because you said you were there to kill asia" I say with some disappointment in my voice

"f-father please do not blame them for my mistakes" fugo said causing me to raise an eyebrow

"oh and please do explain to me how this is your fault" I say trying to understand what he was saying

"I do not believe that they misheard you father but whilst we were infiltrating the area I had said how I was looking forward to having a meal I believe this is what caused confusion I was simply implyimg that I was looking forward to eating diodora but I believe that they mistook this as they had misheard your orders and instead wanted us to kill asia" fugo stated I could tell he was lying but I appreciated how he was looking out for his siblings

"hmmm is this true you 3" I ask I mean I was just playing along because I know how fugo feels the need to look after his siblings even if he is one of the younger ones

"w-what of course not this had nothing to do with fugo father" vorca said slightly surprised that fugo would take the blame for them

"please brother there is no need to lie for my sake" fugo says

"but im n-" vorca say trying to take the blame from fugo but I interrupted

"enough you 2" I say which got the 2 to stop and look up at me "fugo if this is true I would like an explanation as to why none of you contacted your sisters" I say only for saya to speak up

"father fugo had nothing to d-" she started but was cut off by fugo

"please sister there is no need to cover for me" fugo say while looking at her which he then returns his gaze to me "the reason why there was no communication between us and our sisters is because of me father" fugo says earning surprised reactions from my daughters

"oh how so fugo" I ask still knowing that hes lying to cover for the others mistakes

"before we left on our mission I told our sister that there support would not be needed this time I said this due to them always seeming fatigued I do not believe any of them have been getting enough sleep so I told them to take the day off" fugo said if it wasn't for the fact that I raised him I probably would have believed him

"hmmm very well all of you may leave I wish to speak to fugo alone" I say

"f-father please he is not to blame for this" vorca said trying to shift the blame off of fugo
