I was walking to school with Caroline
"I get that you're pissed at Bonnie, but honestly, she did nothing wrong" I said
"Nothing wrong?! Y/n! She's a thief!" said Caroline
"No, it's not, she told me the necklace came from her family" I said
"What?" asked Caroline
"Uhh, never mind" I said
"Anyways, where's Stefan? Have you talked to him?" asked Caroline
"We're good" I said
Caroline smiled, then the bell rang, and we went to class, saying our byes
FINALLY ALARIC WAS HERE!
"Alright, everyone. Good morning. Let's see. Alaric Saltzman. It's a mouthful, I know. Doesn't exactly roll off the tongue. Saltzman is German origins. My family emigrated here in 1755 to Texas. I, however, was born and raised in Boston. Now, the name, 'Alaric', belongs to a very dead great-grandfather I will never be able to thank enough. You'll probably want to pronounce it EALA-RIC, but it's ALA-RIC, ok? So you, can call me 'Rick'. I'm your new history teacher" said Rick
"It's great to meet you, then" I said
"Thank you, Miss....." started Rick
"L/n" I said
"Right, thank you, Miss. l/n" said Rick
I nodded smiling, earning one back
⏳ To the bench with Bonnie
"Ok, soo you started seeing Emily, correct?" I asked
"Yeah, it's getting creepy" said Bonnie
"Well, know this, since she is your family, she'll only want to protect you, for example, she'll want to destroy the necklace to protect you from Damon" I said
"What do you mean?" asked Bonnie
"Just you wait" I said
We then had to go to class again
⏳ to after class
I went outside the building, and saw Stefan sitting in front of me, I went by him and sat next to him
"Hi" said Stefan
"You weren't in class, I kinda got worried, well, I knew you wouldn't be here, but just pretend" I smiled
"Yeah, I'm sorry I didn't keep you updated, but what I wanted to say shouldn't be said over the phone" said Stefan
I looked at him confused
"A simple 'I didn't kill my brother' would have been fine" I said
"I didn't kill my brother, as much as he deserved it right at that moment, he has you to thank for that" said Stefan
I relaxed
"So, what did you want to tell me?" I asked
"I won't be coming to school anymore" said Stefan
