laila ran into the janitors closet still holding "yeonjuns" hand
it was the closest room that she could find without getting caught
she closed and locked the door behind her
it was quite dark so they could hardly see
"phew! thank god we made it safe...but i wonder where soobin hid..." laila said
"uhhh this is awkward..." soobin said
"wha- soobin!?" laila exclaimed
"uh yeahhhh" he said
"i-i thought i grabbed yeonjuns hand???" laila panicked
"ummm nope..." he said
"then wheres yeonjun!?" laila said frantically
"probably out in the halls" soobin shrugged
"what?! we gotta go get him" laila said as she reached for the door almost opening it
soobin quickly grabbed her hand and stopped her from opening the door
"are you crazy!? you'll get caught" he said
laila felt butterflies with soobins hands on hers
all her feelings came rushing back from when they were together
soobin noticed laila freeze a bit and realized his hand was on hers
he pulled away and put his hand behind his head
"uh sorry, it's just...we don't wanna get caught. i'm sure yeonjun found a place to hide" soobin tried reassuring her
"uh yeah...i'm sure" laila looked away feeling awkward with all the tension in the room

shabeela and joshua made it to the roof of the school
they sat against the wall trying to catch their breaths
"wow look at the stars" joshua said looking up to the stars
"nows not the time to stop and stare at the stars!!!" shabeela yelled
"shabeela calm down, there's nothing else we could do at the moment" he said
shabeela deeply sighed and held her head
they sat in silence for a bit before joshua heard sniffling and looked towards shabeela
"a-are you crying?? what's wrong?" joshua asked concerned
"i-i just..." she paused
"its okay you can tell me" he assured her as he put his hand on her shoulder
"i was just thinking about what my father might do to you...now that you know what he's been doing" she said
"what? you think he's gonna run us out of town like he did to soobin?" joshua asked
shabeela shook her head yes and cried more
"hey hey, i promise he won't run us out of town...we'll apply for the same collages and go together okay? we'll get out of here" joshua said holding on to shabeelas face trying to calm her down
"but what about sana? i promised her i would take her to college with me..." shabeela said
"we'll take her too. and beomgyu, no one will get left behind" he said
she looked at him with teary eyes and hugged him so tightly

jeonghan dragged farwa into some random dark room
"what the eff is this?? i can't see nothing, can i turn on the light?" farwa said
"what? no, then they'll find us" jeonghan said
"i'm not even kidding i'm so scared i can't see nothing" farwa started panicking
"what? are you a babyyy you're scared of the darkkkk" he teased her as he laughed
farwa stumbled around trying to find her way to jeonghan but eventually crouched to the floor covering her face as she was terrified of the dark
jeonghan noticed she was genuinely terrified and came down beside her
"hey hey, it's okay...i'm here" he said as he held on to her
he comforted her in the dark while they hid from security
