"Shhh Kate stop you're making a lot of noise", I say to Kate as we try to sneak back into my bedroom through my window

"I'm sorry", she sincerely apologizes

"Ok we made it now let's get some rest or at least pretend to bc my mom is gonna come up in an hour or two for breakfast"

"What how it's still really late"

"No it's 7am"

"But the Suns not even out yet"

"Daylight savings"

"Oh are you sure"

"I think that's what it's called anyway just go to your room and be really quiet"

I just roll my eyes and wait until she leaves so I could change and hop into bed and get some sleep that I'm deprived of. "great night huh Alaska", I say to myself as I fall into darkness of sleep, I know scary but relaxing.

"bye Kate see you tomorrow", I say as i close the door and watch Kate leave,

"Did you girls have fun last night", my mom asks as she begins to clear up the table

"Yeah we did it was absolutely fun"

"Wow I didn't think you guys would have that much fun"

"Yeah well we're dumb and you know we do some stupid things so we always have fun"

"Haha yeah tell me about it anyway I'm going downtown to meet up with your grandmother for brunch and tea, would you like to come with me or stay home"

"Yeah I'd rather stay home and not be lectured by grandma so have fun without me"

"Oh I highly doubt I'll have any fun, but I'm gonna go get dressed so if you change your mind let me know"

"No I think my decision is set in stone plus i was planning on hanging out with Daniel"

"Oh ok sounds great don't get into to much trouble"

"Yeah I know"

I walk over to the living room and sit to watch criminal minds on Netflix, but then I got interrupted by Daniel's txt message.

Daniel: hey A :x

Me: hey I was going to ask you are we still on for tonight

Daniel: actually that's why I texted you I was wondering if we could take a rain check it's just i met this girl and we were going to hang out tonight

Me: oh no that's totally fine it's cool don't worry about it

Daniel:thanks for being cool about it

Me: oh defiantly cool

Daniel: K well I actually have to go but see you at school 😘✌️

Me: 🌚😘✌️

Well more Netflix for me I suppose. Until I get another txt but this time from brooklyn.
