3rd Person Pov:

Todoroki had been home alone all day, it was annoying him, and he didn't have anything else to do. He trained for two hours, went for a run, cleaned, prepped dinner, finished his book and trained again. He hated when his days off work didn't match with Katsuki's days off. This time though he was forced to take a day off by his boyfriend when Bakugo had to drive to his agency and pick him up because he fell asleep while sleeping at his desk. Katsuki had found Shoto with his head on the desk and sleeping, a giant stack of paper's next to him. He had only done one after his patrol then fell in a nice slumber. He didn't mind Shoto doing a lot of papers after his patrol but when he pushed himself too much Bakugo would be very angry because he was pushing himself too much. There was another three hours till Katsuki would get home so Shoto did the one and only thing Bakugo told him not to do. He then got in his car and drove to his agency to get his work done because by now niw there would be a massive stack of papers on his desk to finish. As soon as he got there a few assistants informed him that he shouldn't be there each earning a growl from the number 2 hero because he was annoyed that everyone wouldn't leave him alone. He calmed down and parted his white and red hair making each strand was on the right side then entered his massive office. He just walked to his desk and continued to do his paperwork. He thought he could two hours of work done before rushing home just before Bakugo got there. As Katsuki didn't leave his agency before Shoto he should be fine. After an hour and a half of work, and the countless people popping their heads in to talk to him and reminding he shouldn't be here amnd at home, he finished the mountain of papers. Just as he finished them, he started to sort them and send them out, or deliver them to the people in the building. As well as dealing with his publicity agent and setting up new commercials or photo shoots for him to do. During all of this he lost track of time. He didn't realize how late it was until the sun was setting in the distance outside and he went back in his office to grab his things and rush home. A new, smaller, stack of papers there to greet him. "Fuck- fuck- fuck he's going to get home be-" Todoroki yells in a panic as he runs to gather his things and rush out the agency and rush home. However the panicked yelling was soon cut off by his office door opening and a warm, burnt caramel heat and smell filled the room. His boyfriend the number one hero had just arrived. Bakugo closed the door behind him and spoke in a lower tone so the other people there wouldn't hear him. "Did you really think that I wouldn't catch you kitten?" Bakugo says in a dominant voice, the pet name sent shivers down Shoto's spine. The small half 'n' half hastily walked over to the windows facing other people with his head down low, he pulled down the opaque blinds. When they were fully shut and were sure no one could see them, Katsuki grabbed Shoto by the waist and pulled him closer. Bakugo looked down at Sho, (because bakugo was 6'0 and Shoto was 5'2) a dissapointed and a dominant look in his eyes. "Why are you here?" Bakugo asks, a bite clearly in his voice. "I didn't have anything to do at home. I finshed prepping dinner, trained twice, finished my book and cleaned the house but I had plenty to do here," Todoroki responded, crossing his arms and looking away from Bakugo. Shoto knew if he looked up at his boyfriend he would fall from confident to a pleading and whimpering mess for him. "So you decided, instead of going for a walk, calling me, visiting your friends or heading to the book shop, you do the one thing I told you not do?" Bakugo questioned, seeing the small one struggling to hide the blush on his face."I needed to get some work done, I barely worked at all today. Plus, I now have less stress tommorow," Todoroki says shrugging his shoulders. Bakugo then lifts up his hand to grab Shoto's chin and tilt Todoroki's head so he is forced to make eye contact with the vermillion-eyed blond. "You were supposed to take a day off today but kitten had to break the one rule I made for him today." Bakugo whispers bending down to Shoto's hight and whispering it in his ear. "I guess you really just want to be punished don't you?" Katsuki says leaving light kisses on Shoto's neck before pulling away. "Now get that tiny ass of yours to the car and I expect you to be there by the time I get your stuff and get to the car." Bakugo commands heading towards Shoto's stuff and picks it up. Shoto quickly runs out the office and runs to the car and sits in the seat next to the driver's seat. He heard Katsukis voice entering the car saying, " Good boy sweetheart. " Bakugo says sweetly as Shoto responds with, "Dont call me that". Bakugo then rephrases "What about I call you my little kitten?"shoto blushes and hides his face in Bakugo's side, " That yo-you can call m-me... " Shoto stutters."Hmmm... The question is how I should punish you..." Bakugo questions and Shoto eyes widen. " i-I just didn't want to be at home. I- it's not- I didn't- you don't have to punish me. " Shoto says weakly almost submitting as soon as Bakugo pulled one hand off of the steering wheel and trailed his fingers up Shoto's thigh. A few minuets later they arrived at home and as soon as they left the car Bakugo commanded, " Get your ass into that bedroom. We can have tea later but right now you need to be punished. If you are not up there by the time I am your going to get in more trouble. " Shoto being Shoto ran in the house but not into the bedroom but into the upstairs bathroom. Bakugo saw this as he just entered the house and saw him run to the left to the bathroom because their bedroom was on the right. He slowly walked up the stairs then walked to the bathroom. He tries to open it but it was locked. "Shoto get your ass out here now and into that bedroom. Your punishment will get worse now since you decided not to follow my orders. Shoto then slowly opened the door and walked out head down and followed Katsuki in the bedroom and Bakugo then threw something that looked like a black whip on the bed. Shoto blushed when he saw the whip because Bakugo new he was a very big machocist. "Strip then bed over the bed because your going to get 5 hits from the whip and your not going to get stretched ok." Bakugo says asking if Shoto was ok with it. Todoroki nodded, stripped and bent over the bed with his face burried in the blankets.  "Because i'm being nice you don't have to count," The blond whispers in the submissive one's ear. Shoto just nodded and accepted this was his punishment. The blond then picked up the whip, carresed Shoto's ass then lifted the whip and making it come into contact with Shoto's soft ass earning a yelp from the smaller one. That happened four more times and now Todoroki's ass is an electric red also because Bakugo used his quirk for some of them. He put the whip back in the bed side drawer and looked at Shoto like a predator and he was his prey.  Todoroki let out a breathy moan as he bit his lip trying to stay quiet as Bakugo nipped his neck leaving a faint red mark. Bakugo reached down with his hand, trailing it up and down his side. "Ba- Bakugo-" Shoto lets out, trying not to react to the dominant one in front of him. "P-Please-" Shoto pleads as Bakugo trails his hand down and grabs the dual hiared boy's ass roughly earning a wince from Shoto. "I will, don't worry kitten..." Katsuki says, making Shoto sit in his lap and continued making hickies and love bites on Todoroki's neck. The blonde wanted to leave as many marks as he could so that even if Sho tried he wouldn't be able to hide them. He trailed the hickies down the peice of skin in between the shoulder and neck, and bit down earning a slight moan. "St-Stop- marks~ I-I hav-have work to-tommorow~"The younger begs grabbing Bakugo's spiky hair while the older just continued to scatter kisses and marks along his neck and chest. Katsuki threw Shoto back on the bed, before leaning down forcing shoto deeper in the mattress. Todoroki winced slightly at the harsh movement. "You're going to take all of this like a good boy anyway, ok Kitten?" The vermillion-eyed blond says.  "Y-Yes daddy-" Todoroki pants as he waited for Bakugo to move once more. Bakugo didn't leave Shoto waiting for long as he pulled back and stripped down while the dual haired boy watched completely mesmerized. Shoto felt his mouth water as Katsuki's hard member exited the confinements of his boxers. The younger licked his lips and Katsuki smirked. "What do you want brat," Bakugo asks, lifting Shoto's head up forcefully so they make eye contact. "You want to be my little cock slut?" Bakugo whispers in Shoto's ear. "M-Mhm. I-I'll be go-good please~" Todoroki whines grabbing Katsuki. "Oh. "Fine if you want to be a brat, ropes then." Katsuki hummed in Shoto's ear. The pomeranian stood up, took the ropes out of the bed drawer and tied Shoto's wrists to the headboard.
