Epilogue
The cold bitter wind pushed my hair back as I stood on the mountain overlooking the apocalypse that was Hogwarts. Harry had won- as I predicted. This victory was no universal celebration though. Even here, on the mountainside, I could hear wails of those injured, and of those who grieve their dead loved ones. This was not a happy day, regardless of the result. I knew I was at fault for some of those cries, but I didn't regret anything. I accomplished my goal, and that was what mattered most to me.
The sky was rolling and dark behind me. I would never be able to come back here. I looked at the boy standing next to me. His pale blonde hair flipped up in the wind. He looked at me, our eyes meeting. His pale blue, and mine dark like the skies at my back. We had done bad things, but we were alive and had gotten out before they could find us. His pale cold fingers interlocked with mine, and we turned our backs on the destruction we had witnessed.
