Next morning, I was in the kitchen, trying to make breakfast, while Ahiga hugged me from behind, kissing my neck and shoulder.
"Hey, I can't make breakfast like this."
"Okay, then let's go back to the bed."
Kateri walked in.
"You two are so cute! So, what's for breakfast?"
"I hope, you like pancakes."
"I love pancakes!"
"It'll be ready soon. Are Granny and Grandpa up yet?"
"Yeah, they're getting ready."
After breakfast, I sat down with Qalatequa.
"So, my dear, how do you like it here so far?"
"It's amazing. Thanks for letting me stay here."
"You're family now. If you have any questions, feel free to ask."
"Well, I might have some... I noticed, that eye colors show fur color. Is there any other meanings of colors?"
"No, there's not. White wolves, like you are rare, but only here. You came from Siberia, they are more common there. It's easier to hide in the snow, if you're white."
"And what about black?"
"Black is... different. Very rare. Sometimes centuries pass and no black wolves born. Only true born alphas have it. We call them the chosen one. But they often mean trouble. As I said, they're born to rule. And because of this, sometimes they're more aggressive. They often get in trouble with the law."
He took a deep breath.
"Just like my other grandson, Ezhno."
"Sorry, I didn't mean to upset you."
"It's okay. I just miss him. I hope, one day, he'll come back and tell us, what really happened. I'm sure, he's innocent."
"I have another question. Yesterday, a girl, Ayita came to me and talked cr*p about me. I... I growled at her and she backed off immediately. Is it because I'm with Ahiga?"
"No. That's because you're already stronger than her. When will you turn 18?"
"Next November. So, in 6 month."

I turned away, heading to my room.
"Loona, this is not over! Come back!"
Of course, I didn't. I needed my bed.
A few minutes later, Cathsy ran in.
"Tell me everything!!!"
"It was amazing! Almost the whole tribe accepted me! Well, Ahiga's ex is a b*tch, just like her friends. But the others like me."
"And the loverboy?"
"He's amazing. I already miss him."
"Somebody is in love." - She winked.
"How things are with you and Spirit?"
"It's perfect. I love him."
My phone rang. It was Ahiga.
"Already miss me?"
"Always, baby. Can we meet tonight?"
"I don't think so. I'm already in a big trouble."
"Sorry, baby."
"Don't worry, love. We can meet tomorrow, after school. I'll go to your office."
"When will you finish? I'll pick you up."
"I'll finish at 3, but my last class is PE. I can skip that, I'm sure you'll provide me a better excersize."
"Don't tempt me, love. I don't want to put you in more trouble. I'll pick you up at 3. Laters."
"See you tomorrow."
I hung up.
"A date? Aren't you grounded like forever?"
"Nobody can tame me. Not even your mom. I told her, that if I'm grounded, I'll move out. Ahiga would be happy."
A few weeks later, I was at Ahiga's place.
"Hey, love, would you mind if we'd leave a day earlier."
"No. I miss the tribe. I love being there."
"I just don't want to get you in trouble."
"I'm still a straight A student, don't worry. And I can't wait to graduate. 2 more months to go."
"Still don't want to go to college?"
"No. I have no idea, what would I like to learn. I just can't imagine myself in an office from 9 to 5. I need more freedom."
"Whatever you want, baby. I'm on your side."
Suddenly, he looked nervous.
"Loona, would you move in with me after graduation?"
"Are you serious? Of course!"
2 months later, Cathsy and I graduated. I was so happy! My life with Ahiga can finally start.
"We did it!" - Cathsy did the victory dance.
"Congrats, girls!" - Ahiga smiled, and kissed me.
As always, passion took over. We started to make out.
"Get off your filthy paws of my stepdaugher!" - Joy shrieked.
"I'm sorry, Mrs. Summers. I'm Ahiga..."
"He's my boyfriend, so f*ck off. By the way, I'm moving in with him. Today. It was nice to know you, bye!"
I hugged Cathsy.
"Bye girl, I'll call you soon! We have to celebrate the graduation."

"Yeah. Look, mom. They're wolves. They are different. I'm sure you noticed they mature earlier."
"Still, she can't move out. She's just 17."

As soon as I'll be 18, Spirit and I'll elope.

Few weeks later, Cathsy and I went to a club. I had a great time, but there was something off with her.

"Yeah, I'm peachy. Just a little fight with Spirit. Not worth to mention it."
I can't tell her that Spirit is a tad bit jealous. She'd flip. I can't tell her, that I had to sneak out, because he didn't let me to meet my best friend. I can't tell her, that he beat me up once. But after it, he apologized. He loves me. I just made him angry.
She drowned her drink.
"Let's party!" - She smiled.
"Spill the tea. Now."
"It was really nothing. Don't ruin my mood. Tell me, how is living with the wolf boy?"
"More than perfect. I even started to work at his office. Which is a bit difficult, since Dynami still hates my guts, but Hakan is a very good friend. I think Ahiga is a bit jealous.
