Preparation is key

--- Ricky's P.O.V ---

So, I eventually conqured my fears of asking a girl out and it went well, the asking part I mean, we currently are walking back to the hotel as we went our separate ways to our rooms to get ready. The news before we left the hospital was good, Rita would be out tomorrow so everyone else started to make their way back to their rooms too. 

"Cya tonight?" I asked her as I hugged her and she nodded

"Yes" she said 

We departed into our rooms.

--- Aurora's P.O.V ---

OMG it was happening. What was I going to wear? What if I say the wrong thing? What if I make an idiot out of myself? No Aurora! you won't. I already knew the girls know that me and Ricky are going on a date but I decided to call them ayway. I had nothing to wear and I have five hours to get ready. It is a long time but I need to:

a) Find something to wear

and

b) Do my makeup

"Hey guys!" I said over skype

"Hey" they replied "What's up?" Bailey asked

"I have a dilema, I have nothing to wear and my makeup is rubbish. I have the date in 5 hours so we need an ASAP shopping trip" I said with a stressful tone. "Can you help?" 

"We will meet you in the lobby in 5, kay?" Kaylie said as she smiled and we ended the conversation.  I grabbed my bag, keys, mobile and changed me shoes as I headed towards the lobby. 

--- Ricky's P.O.V --- 

So, I have five hours to get ready. Simple, all I need to do is 

- Pick an outfit

-Shower

- Shave

- Sort my hair out

Easy. I am currently heading out for a run to calm my nerves. I need it. I am nervous and honestly, quite scared incase I do something stupid. I have a tendancy of doing that, last time I went out with a girl, I ended up saying stupid things and I never saw her again. It was about 5 years ago. My phone began to ring, it was Simon. 

"Hey Si, what's up?"  I asked

"Hey Rick, guess what"

"What?"

"We have been asked to do glastonbury this year again. Ain't that AWESOME!" he said, beginning to shout a little

"That's awesome, when is it?" I asked getting my watch on as I spoke

"24th June unitl the 28th, I cannot wait" 

"Thanks for telling me Si, I gotta go, I have a date" 

"OOO who?"

"Aurora"

"Your contestant?" he questioned

"Yeah"

"Dude" he said. dragging the u, "have fun and don't do anything stupid like the last time, remember, preparation is the key"

"Dude, I'm five years older, I'm sure I will also be five years wiser too" 

"Alright mate, so long"

We ended the conversation as I headed out for a run, I put my headphones in just as 'maps' by Maroon 5 began to play. Currently, I am in love with this song.
