ch. 44 unexpected letter

Y/n's pov

Levi kissed me gently and looked at me with the upmost love and care in the world.

"Drive safe, okay?" He kissed my forehead and i chuckled.

"It's a ten minute ride and I'm just picking up Zen and Udo from school."

"Oh shit." He mumbled and put his forehead on my shoulder and sighed deeply. "I forgot they have a play date today... i was planning on taking us three out tonight."

"We can still do it." He looked at me with a blink expression. "I think Udo is leaving early today."

"No, it's fine. I'll take you guys out tomorrow... then when you get back while Zen and Udo are playing we could go though the RSVP letters and start doing the assign sitting for our wedding?"

I groaned and frowned deeply. I slowly turned to look at our coffee table, that was filled with RSVP letters from our friends.

"Why do we know so much people?" I groaned one last time before sighing.

"If you haven't forgot." He put a hand on my cheeks and gave it a light squeeze. "I have business partners and employees i don't find annoying. You have your doctor and nurses friends. So in reality, we did this to ourselves."

I laughed knowing he was right.

"Fine." I kissed him.

"Good, we should try and get it done soon... after all we do get married in three months. We need to get shit done."

"Yeah yeah." He gave me a glare as i put my shoes on. "I am going to pick up our son and udo then we could work on the assign sitting."

"Okay, be safe." He said and i nodded my head.

I walked outside and got into my car. I first turned around and checked if my car was even clean to have children in it. I smiled seeing it clean... cleaner than i remember actually. I shaked my head and started driving to pick up the kids.

It's a ten minute drive but for some reason it always feels like a minute or two.

When i pulled up i saw my son and Udo standing really close to each other and laughing. I parked in front of them and waited for them to realized i was right in front of them.

"OH!" Udo looked up and saw my car. I rolled down my window and smiled at them.

"You got one minute before you have to walk yourselves home." I joked and they laughed and quickly got into the car.

They both buckled up, but i rised an eyebrow when they got really close together and started whispering into each other's ears.

"Is there something you want to tell me?" I asked making a turn and Udo started laughing. I looked into the mirror for a second and saw my son biting his lip with a red face. "Zendrick?" I called out.

"Yes, mom?"

"Are you okay?" I asked still keeping my eyes on the road.

Zen stayed quiet but Udo started laughing.

When i reached a stop light i turned around and i saw that my son's cheeks were bright red.

"Zen has a girlfriend!" Udo said and my eyes widen.

Zendrick's face quickly got brighter and i could tell he was not expecting that to happen.

"She kissed his cheek today!"
