Lakshman's last words

I personally think that the second generation of kuru children, the children of Pandavas and kauravas are always left unappreciated, their bonds are often undiscovered.

Bond between a brother and sister is always special. They fight, the laugh, they tease, they share and care too. The son and daughter of Suyodhan too shared such a bond, about whom no one talks. She too lost her brothers on 13th day of the war, but her pain is ignored.

Today's the same 13th day, when she lost her twin. Here's my small poem describing bhanumati Nandan Lakshman's thoughts on his deathbed.

Stay strong my sister, even though I am no more;
Just remember, I would always love you from my heart's core.

Forgive me ladli, I won't be there to wipe your tears;
Stay brave, stay patient and conquer all your fears.

The path is yours alone now, go ahead conquering it;
I would be watching you from above, praying for your feat.

Accept my humble apologies from your dying brother;
May you always be blessed by the universal mother.
