Mirabel was partially blind due to an event that happened when she was younger. She's blind in her right eye & her left eye isn't the best as things due seem blurry. Before you ask why it wasn't healed by Julieta completely was due to the fact she mostly kept it a secret for a while until Camilo found out & told Julieta who healed her eyesight halfway but not fully due to the fact that it wasn't immediately brought to her attention.
