I looked back at Tyler the captain of the football team who just asked me out and said "Um ye-yea sure" I was blushing again "Sweet I'll pick you up at 7:45 tomorrow" after that he walked away. I ran inside and shut the door. I screamed into my pillow with excitement. I can't believe it, the captain of the football team just asked me out. Carter walked in "You good" He asked "Yeah I'm fine" I said I was trying not to smile. "You look really happy" He said "The captain of the football team did just ask me out so" I said "Wait I didn't know Marcus was the captain" He said. "He isn't" I stated "Well then why are you so happy" he asked. "Cause I have a date that's why" I said annoyed with him "Ok" he says then he leaves.
After a few minutes James comes in, and he looks like he's trying to hide that he's mad. "You have a date" says "Yea why do you care" I asked. "I just want to know where and when" he said "What why" I said confused "It doesn't matter" he says. "I'm not telling you unless you tell me why" I told him "I was going to ruin your date" he said. "Well now I'm definitely not telling you" I said as I pushed him out the door. God he was so annoying. I did my homework and stuff then went to bed. When I woke up I got ready and went to school. As I was walking in the halls Tyler came up to me "We still on for tonight" He asked "Yea where are we going" I asked him. "That's a surprise" He said "I hate surprises" I complained. "Sorry but you'll just have to wait" He said "Fine" I said. He kissed my cheek and walked away leaving me stunned. I walked to math and sat down. I forgot my pencil "Marcus" I whispered "What?" He said annoyed "Can I borrow a pencil?" I asked. He gave me a pencil and didn't talk to me for the rest of class. Once school was over I went upstairs and had a shower.I got out and started getting ready and decided since I didn't know where I was going I'd wear jeans and a blouse.

So I guess Carter and the girl he's talking to are dating now. She's kinda rude and I don't think she likes me but Carter likes her so I'll deal with it. My dad told me that the football team was coming over. He asked if I wanted to help or practice because it was just a fun practice.  So I got ready to go play with them. I mean who wouldn't want to see their crush play football in their own backyard. When I walked outside the whole team looked at me "h-hey" I said nervously. "What are you doing here" one of them asked me "She's going to be here for the practice" my dad stated he mumbled something but didn't say anything else. He's probably scared of my dad I thought. "So we are just going to be having fun today so you're playing flag football". My dad said. I Was actually pretty good at this. My dad picked the teams and when we were getting our positions I was across from none other than my crush. It was Marcus, he was smirking at me "You're gonna lose" He said "sure we are" I rolled my eyes "ok let's make a deal my team wins you do anything I want your team wins I'll do anything you want" He said "Deal. It's on" I said I was ready. The game started and my dad kept score it was 15-17. We were in the lead, we were playing until there was 1 person left on a team then the game ended. When the game ended my team won and I scored the winning point since it was a tie. I went over to Marcus "Hey" I said smirking "I know you won the bet what do you want" he said "Not sure yet" I said as I walked away. My teammates were watching as one of their friends walk over. "Hey you were pretty good out there" he said "Thanks so were you" I said "So I was wondering if you wanted to go out sometime" He asked. Out of the corner of my eye I swear I saw Marcus clench his jaw. He looked angry for some reason. Then I put on a bit of makeup. By then it was 7:25 I had just enough time to do my hair. Once I was done I told my dad I was going out he said to be back by 10:30. I waited outside once he arrived he got out of the car and opened the door for me. "Thanks" I said. He got in and started driving. "You look really pretty" he told me "Um th-thanks you don't look too bad yourself" I said "What time do you have to be home at" He asked me "I have to be back by 10:30" I told him. Once he stopped driving we were at the beach he came and opened the door for me again. "Thanks" I said "No problem" he said. We were walking along the beach and talking. After a half an hour we started walking back. We got back to his car and got in. We started driving around and talking at 9:00. We went and got some snacks then went stargazing. It was awesome. At 10:15 we got in his car and we drove back to my house. Once we got there he walked me to the door "I had a really good time" I told him "So did I" he said. He started to lean in and then he kissed me and I kissed him back. He pulled away "Goodnight" He said and went back to his car "Goodnight" I yelled so he could hear me. He waved goodbye  and drove away. I walked inside and went upstairs. I went to pull out my phone but realized I left it in his car. I woke up and went to school. I walked up to Tyler "hi" I said and he turned around and said "Hey" "I left my phone in your car last night" I told him "oh ok we can go get it if you want" he said "Really" I said "Yeah come on" he said as he started walking outside to his car. We got to his car and he grabbed my phone "Here" He handed my phone "Thank you" I said "No problem well I better get going to class now" he said while walking to his next class.
