Y/n's POV

"Changbin, you are going to be great. STAY will always love you, even if you make small mistakes. Don't worry about it!", you reach up to lightly brush his hair, careful not to ruin whatever the hairstylist did to his hair.

Seo Changbin is my boyfriend. He is a rapper from Stray Kids. Yep, I'm dating a K-Pop Idol. Stray Kids are preparing for their concert right now. They are up in 2 mins and Changbin is getting nervous like—

"Yo, y/n!" Someone bumps into me from behind. Changbin rolled his eyes (not so subtly). You probably would've guessed who it is by now.

"Channie" I turn around and give him a hug. He has been a good friend to me since I moved to Seoul 2 years ago. I bumped into Chan on my first week here in Seoul and instantly became friends and that's when I got introduced to the love of my life, Changbin. Chan even helped me learn Korean to communicate with Changbin while Changbin learned English for me. Chan was the Cupid in my life. He is our number 1 fan.

But my cute little boyfriend doesn't get that. He thinks Chan is trying to 'seduce' me. His words not mine.

"Fighting!" I shout happily to Stray Kids. And they all shout back "YES!" And run to the stairs that lead to the grand and big stage, where STAY are waiting eagerly for them.

*Time skip to after the concert

The guys all enter the backstage drained out. I instantly spot my boyfriend, all sweaty and all hot ;) I start walking towards him. I open my arms up wide to hug him but before I could feel his warm body against mine, there is someone else's engulfing me.

Changbin abruptly stops walking and glares at the person who is hugging me. "Oh, y/n! I'm tired and I just wanna lay down" Chan mumbles in my neck. He lifts his head up and looks at me.

"I know. But you guys did amazing!" I pat his back softly and smile at him. "Now! Go and wash up, stinky!" I fake glare at him and he laughs heartily.

"You always make me laugh. No matter the circumstances." He squishes my face and kisses me on my squished cheek.

And that makes Changbin tick. He crosses the room in a couple of strides and pats Chan on the back, not so softly and says in Korean "Chan-ah, you should freshen up!" with a booming laughter.

His laughs are sweet to listen but not this time. It scared me! Chan agrees and walks away to his room. "Heyyyyy....." I say and caress Changbin's face softly.

He lets his anger slip away for a small moment before his eyes turn into ice. "I get that he is your friend or whatever. But seriously, he has got to understand what limits are. There is a line between friends and lovers. And he is crossing it!"

I hug him tightly and shush him.

"When I watch you smile, there is nothing more I could ask for. But when it's for someone else, it hurts. Even though you look the prettiest when you smile." He whispers softly, but I heard him, crystal clear.

Tears form in my eyes but before they could fall, he says something that makes my heart form back to it's pieces that just broke from his words.

"The sparkling tears in your dewy eyes are diamonds. Your eyes filled with water that will spill even with the slightest jolt. That's why I'm more cautious." He whispers while caressing my face with warm hands.

Chills travel my body to my face, turning into heat. "Why do you care about me? I don't deserve your love." I whisper back with tears threatening to spill.

" 'Cause I like you" he takes my hand and interlocks it with one hand while his other is still on my cheek. "I just really love you. You're the only reason why I really love you. When I see you smile I just can't get enough and I can't live without you. Baby, I just really love you"
