We reached hospital and was shocked seeing tanzu in that state as soon as tanzu said that honey had attack again I was shocked it means she had it earlier too and in this month it was second time

Rishu:  abhi kaisi hai voh?
Addy: Haa woh sahi toh hai na?
Arsh: kya bola doctor ne?
S: Tanzeel bol an kaisi hai hon..aashna ?
T: doctor ne bola they can't say anything
Aarya: mamu merko mumma ke paas jaana hai
T: (he picked her in arms) aaru baby we can't meet mumma now
Aarya: mamu apne papa ko batya kya phe jab mumma ko attack aaya tha tab doctor ne papa ko kuch bola tah ki wapas attack aaya toh batana pls papa ko batau (aarya said in a childish tone)

These line of aarya caught everyone attention everyone was shocked but the most affected was sanket
