Chapter thirty five

(Authors note: I am sorry for the late update, writer's block decided to hit me in the face, and I've been working on stuff for my other story. Check that out if you'd want. But um, so there will be Christmas stuff that will be taking place in this story even though Christmas is...yeah pretty far gone. I hope you all understand, take care okay!
Also I nearly had a stroke writing this because of all the little symbols they use in their speech so I'm sorry if seeing those gets annoying-)

Hanako went a bit quiet after the two talked everything out. He still talked and showed affection, it's just....

"He needs space, and I understand that." Yashiro explained. "It's just....I feel like it's my fault."

Aoi placed her hands on Yashiro's and smiled. "Hey, it's okay Nene! This is part of a relationship. It'll be okay. Maybe just spend some time with him?"

"Yeah....maybe I can make him some donuts."

"Donuts! How about I help you!"

Yashiro giggled at Aoi's suggestion. "I would appreciate that. Thank you Aoi."

The two girls continued their chat, Yashiro occasionally glancing towards the door to make sure nobody was there. Ever since everything that's been happening.... paranoia has started taking over her daily life again.

Aoi stood up. "I'm gonna go use the bathroom Nene, okay? I'll have Akane keep an eye on you!"

"O-oh, okay! See ya Aoi!" She muttered, watching her friend walk away and tell something to Akane. Yashiro sighed while thinking about what's been happening with Hanako and Yugi, mindlessly feeling the marks on her neck before poking the earrings Yugi had made for her. Why was she even wearing them...what's the point.

I just need something to distract myself. Yashiro thought while turning her phone back on. Logging into her game, Yashiro sighed once she saw the character in her idol game. Okay this feels a bit weird now. I made this because Hanako was being distant...but now he's not. So I'm dating....two Hanako's. Eh, whatever. Maybe I can convince the real Hanako to dress up as this one for me. I know he would.

She clicked on the character and chuckled as he greeted her, Yashiro lightly tapping the Hanako's nose to see his reaction.

"Nene-Chan!" Aoi cheered, Yashiro letting out a small scream from shock.

The girl caught her phone. "wh-wh-wa-wa-what...? Aoi?! Jesus you scared me!"

Aoi giggled. "I'm sorry Nene, it's just I have some news! There's a boy standing outside and he wants to talk to you!"

Yashiro looked at Aoi confused. "Wait....me...?"

"Yep! You've been summoned by a hot super classman!"

"What...? Is it my boyfriend...?"

"Uh... remembering your description of your boyfriend you gave me awhile back...nope! He doesn't even look close! But it wouldn't hurt, since you're having all these boys swoon all over you!"

The girl put her phone away. "I guess it wouldn't hurt...wait is he wearing a hat?"

"Nope!"
