I walked onto the stage of Sunshine gates high school,  adjusting my uncomfortable tux. I was about to perform a song that I had written for my one and only true love, Annabeth Chase.

As I sung I could hear the cheers of the crowd, especially girls. I was handsome, I knew it and I used it to my advantage to get Annbeth Chase to love me. I had chocolate brown hair and the same coloured eyes, I had a nice body that had set some girls love struck, yet I wasn't going for them I was going for Annabeth.

During the whole song I heard a voice whispering in my head, "poor boy, doesn't know he can't break Percabeth does he?" I mentally shook my head, probably just the pressure. What Dennis didn't know was that Aphrodite was the voice in his head and she was telling the truth. Once I finished the song I looked right at Annbeth but the seat where she should be was empty! I scanned through the room only to find Annbeth but one massive thing was wrong, she was kissing another guy! This couldn't be happening! No no no no no no! That should be me in her arms lip locked with her. My feelings bottled up inside until I let out a scream into the microphone. As I let out the echoed scream, many blocked their ears with cringed faces on, while others so shocked by the sudden noise fell off their chairs! I let out a sob before running off the stage in humiliation. As I took off behind the gigantic red curtain I saw I my friend Lilly waiting there yelling my name. I ran into her arms letting my body goi. Her warm embrace I looked at her, through my blurred vision I saw how really beautiful she really was, long straight black shimmering hair, pale skin, blue eyes and the most gorgeous personality. The one I needed was here all along and I didn't even realise it.

A few weeks later I had Lilly in my arms every lunch kissing me every now and then. I saw Annbeth outside in the parking lot with her boyfriend's arm wrapped around her waist and lips against hers , this time I could only grin, before surprising her with my voice " Hey Annbeth, mind introducing us to this young man over here who has claimed your heart?" Annbeth quickly jumped away from the muscle man with black hair and green eyes, before quickly apologising and her face like a tomatoe. "Oh this idiot here is Percy Jackson, also known as seaweedbrain." She said proudly. "Looks like you two hooked up, eh? You and Lilly, not bad, Aphrodite would be proud." Annabeth grinned tatting back at me for the early embarrassment but all I could do was turn to Lilly and crush my lips to hers.

Yup so that was the first meet Percabeth and I think I could've gone a little more original, I will admit though this is a pretty darn cliche chapter!
