Goodness! It's been ages since I updated this! I've actually done a lot of drawing since I last shared anything here. I don't know how much of it I'll post here because I don't know if anyone will even see it.
Firstly, I want to say, my drawing technique has improved drastically in the last four months alone. I do have to trace my pictures, but I've started doing some proper shading and I've discovered how much I love drawing people. Most of my drawings were done on quarter pieces of paper that were just scattered around my room, so I decided to invest in a proper sketchbook so that all my drawings would be together.
It took me a while to decide who I should draw on the very first page of the book. There are several characters that I love and that I draw on a regular basis, but I wanted it to be something/someone special. I settled on Newt and Tina because they really mean a lot to me. They're the reason I started writing, and I still write fanfiction for them. Can you believe it's been five years?!?! I've never actually drawn them before, so it was fun.
