So, I rate it very low, but Jocelyn still rates it lower.
First Viktor is a bit older than Hermione, which where is illegal, because Hermione was 14 and Viktor was 18. Also after the Yule Ball they really didn't talk. Hermione lost feelings and fell for Ron.
