My heart was beating so fast,
That it ached.
We were so close.
I could feel the heat from your body even through the thick clothing of autumn.
You were staring at me.
Your eyes felt like two daggers.
We were so lost in the eyes of each other.
When the lamp post behind us,
Turned off.
Darkness surrounded the whole city.
But none of us moved.
I couldn't see it.
But I felt it.
Felt your crimson lips touch mine.
