Naruko Uzumaki- Kitsune of the hidden leaf

Episode 0: Naruko and Anko

Act I

It's been about a week since the nine tails have attacked the Hidden leaf village, leaving many families who've lost their loved ones and the day that the Fourth Hokage and his wife had died to seal the nine tails inside a baby girl who goes by the name of Naruko Uzumaki who the third Hokage mentioned as the hero of the village but doesn't get much good feedback from the civilians of the village.

His first day back out from retirement was exhausting as Hiruzen Sarutobi spent his day with the council of Konoha. An organized government split into three parts: Clan, Civilian, and Shinobi. The Shinobi part decided the budget for the military, while the civilian part determined the civilian budget. The Clan portion was designed to help protect bloodlines and royal lines found within their village. Minato Namikaze, the Fourth Hokage, was sadly not given clan status because he was an orphan and had only recently made a family in secret. But fortunately, since Naruko's mother was part of a Clan that had a lot of money but barely any members. Her mother Kushina Uzumaki left her the Uzumaki clan mansion and made her heiress. But she would inherit all of her father's items such as scrolls and weapons when she comes to the right age. Sarutobi told no one that she was Minato's child as he felt it was best to avoid a long debate over what to do with the child.

The child was already special for being a Jinchūriki, a human that had been sacrificed by sealing a demon within their body. The child could be trained to use the demon's power as it's own. Sarutobi sighed his troubles away as he had other things to worry about. Like making sure Danzo doesn't get his hands on the child. That's why he entrusted the safety of the girl to a woman named Anko Mitarashi.

"Anko, are you sure you'll be able to handle this?" Sarutobi asks stepping inside of the young woman's apartment holding a sleeping Naruko in his arms. "Don't worry lord third. I have Kurenai helping me. Besides I kinda see myself in her as well." Anko say's.

"Then I leave the child in your hands." He say's and gives Anko the baby.  "Good luck, I'll be coming back in about a month or so to see how things are going." He says and then leaves.

Anko looks down at the baby girl in her arms. "I don't see why people think your a demon, your the cutest little thing I've ever seen!" Anko says and the baby Naruko opens her eyes. "Don't worry my Imouto, I'll be the best big sister you've ever had!" She promises and hugs Naruko who just looks at her with a smile on her face.
