UnExpressed Emotions (ON HOLD)

1 - The Beginning

"I take you to be my wife
To have and to hold.
From this day forward
For better, for worse,
For richer, for poorer,
In sickness and in health,
To love and to cherish,
Till death do us apart,
According to God's holy law;
And this is my solemn vow."

A tear rolled down her cheeks
A smile curved up her lips.

She was blinded by love
Her emotions shadowed by his feelings.

She saw the man of her life right there in front of her,
Holding her hand and placing the gold band on her finger.

She was young and madly in love.
She had no clue how life was going to be for her.

-To be a part of a family that may or may not accept her.
-To let go of her past and move on.
-To sabotage her education.
-To leave her parents behind.
-To live a different life.
-To agree and disagree.
-To fight and to fit in.
-To love and to hate.
-To cry and to smile.

-To burry all these EMOTIONS deep inside.

She was clueless...
But she still stood there at the altar taking a vow and saying 'I DO'.

-To be a wife

She was afraid and weak from within....
But she smiled and glowed in the eyes of everyone.

She knew that the moment she agreed to marry him...
She would be making the biggest sacrifice of her life.

But she was in love... And LOVE was everything for her.

"I now pronounce you Man and Wife. You may now kiss the bride." Her heart beat grew louder and her emotions were all messed up.

But everything vanished the moment he leaned in and kissed her. All her fears were now replaced with Joy and Hope.

She felt like her life was complete and the only thing that mattered to her now was Him.

He locked her in his arms and pulled her closer. "I Love you and I Promise to be by your side forever." He said and kissed her forehead.

She smiled and believed him.

But this was just the beginning....
