'Ding Dong'

He's here! finally. Mariona opened the door and smiles looking at the guy in front of her house. It's Jake Mettwall! "So, C.K Zombie huh? Anything nice? I have bought some DVD on the way here" raised eyebrows him. Yeah, That's so Jake. If the kids saw us they will know us as a zombie partner. We love zombies so much. They are stinky and dry. But sometimes i also don't even know if we be a zombie our teeth will be sharp enough to eat human meats. 

"Come in" i invited him.

"Wow same like the old date. Nothing change to this house" said Jake looks around the house. Ayla downstairs and look at Jake.

"Wow, Mariona Rignorine. Now you're a player"

"What do you mean" I'm asking by what she said.

"You bring this hot guy to our house? How shameful" said Ayla chewing her chewing gum. Then she blows the chewing gum to be a balloon. Jake just giggles but i can say he's glad that she called him as 'hot ass'. He really did. 

"Hello, low fat gurl" said Jake to her while winking his eye. 'Low Fat Gurl' is really Ayla things. Not everyone can call her that. We gave her the nickname cause she rather go to Busan and find the high low fat milk quality and not just in this village. She is really obsess with low fat milk. She just really love it. I don't blame her. I also can't live without my chocolate. Her mouth opened like her jaw just fall and she closed her mouth looking at Jake.

" It's me kid. Your pen pal buddy" proudly he said. Well, i know Ayla's secret. Not really secret that's just so obvious. She had crushed on him. Since i was young. We both were having a same crush. Jake Mettwall of course. When he moved we both are crying in the room over him. Jake Mettwall and i have so many romantic moments that happened in my life. The first time we met he chase me to give my bracelet back. That's not even a precious thing for me but he made it precious now. Then, he teached me how to play basketball. The time my father divorced my mom, I'm starting to cut my pony tail hair to a short one. I want a new life. The day that i wanna give him the chocolate i made when it's Valentine... he moved. I saw his family packing their things and put it in the car. We both are no longer in contact after that.

"OMG" Ayla's eyes wide open and she covers her mouth that opened cause of shocked too. It's him!.

"Hey! You cheated!" giggles Mariona look at the screen. The video game is still on. Mom's back home with the plastic bags. I guess she just came back from the store. And she's not alone. She's with Mr. Bosttom. Guess what guys, he made a move~ "Babies, who's there?" asked mom look at Jake's back.

Jake turn around. I can see my mom is blushing looking how handsome Jake now. "Are you the Jack?" asked my mom.

"It's Jake, ma'am. Jake Mettwall" said him and nodded,

Then, we have a dinner together. We're having Seolleongtang together, 

Seolleongtang recipe:

2½ pounds of , 2 pounds beef flank (or brisket or round), water, (or ), onion, green onions, kosher salt, black ground pepper, .

Soak the ox bones and the beef in cold water for 20 minutes to remove any blood

Rinse bones in cold water a couple of times to remove any bone chips. Drain the water

Boil 14 cups water (3½ quarts) in a large pot

Put the bones and beef into the pot of boiling water. Boil for about 10 minutes.

Turn off the heat and take out the bones and beef. Get rid of the water.

Rinse and drain the meat in cold water to remove the excess fat.

If you only have one pot to use, clean it thoroughly with kitchen soap.

Put the bones and the beef back into the pot

Add about 12 cups of water (3 quarts), 1 medium size onion, and 1½ pounds of peeled radish to the pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

When it starts boiling about 20-30 minutes later, lower the heat to simmer for 3 hours.

Turn off the heat and take the beef and radish out of the pot. Leave the bones behind.

Put the beef and radish into a bowl

Pour the brownish broth out of the pot and into a large bowl. We're going to keep boiling these bones and collect the broth into this collecting bowl as we go along. Keep it in the fridge during this process.

If you have a larger pot, you could keep boiling the bones and adding water over hours and hours, but with a small pot we need to do it in stages and collect in this collecting bowl.

Fill the pot with water again (about 3 quarts) and boil over medium high heat for about 20 minutes. When it starts boiling, lower the heat and simmer for 2½ to 3 hours.

Turn off the heat, open the lid, and pour the broth into the collecting bowl. It will be a lot whiter than the first time we poured it out.

Cool down the collecting bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. Keep it in the refrigerator for several hours until all the fat floats to the top and gets solid. This is going to be our bone soup.

Then Jake put on his shoes to back home and we both are alone outside of the house. I can't believe it's dark already, the time is moving so fast. I had much of fun with him. He smiles looked at me. His pretty face really making my time's moving so slow. But no, i have Axel. "Well, do you remember the day i need to move out? You are such a cry baby"

"Of course! I can't believe you're leaving Korea and go to New York. You look dashing with the American style!" i bump my hand to his shoulder that making he laughed.

"I said 'I will come back for you' and i kissed you, do you remember that part?" asked him again. You come back for me but i didn't wait for you. That's how i get my first kiss. I just looked down and bitted my lips. Jake coughed end the awkward moment.
