superman and Lois (the Kent triplets)

pilot (part 2)

As the triplets went into their shared room as Lara and Jordan looked out the window at the barn wondering what really happened that caused them all to walk away with no damage as Johnathan walked in

Johnathan: great  engstrom just said that I might not be starting anymore
Because I missed practice all week

Lara: seriously  football's what  you're worried about  right now  

Jordan: how are we fine  Jon

Johnathan: guys  look  if you want to fixate on something weird   maybe you should  start  thinking about  how Sarah Cushing  gave you  her digits and not me  (looking at Jordan) you texted her already  didn't you

(As Lara grabs Jordan's phone and looks at the texts)

Jordan: I don't know  what  I just wanted her to know  we were okay  all
Right 

Johnathan: what is this  you sent a waving  hand  emoji

(Lara chuckles)

(As Jordan grabs his phone back from Lara)

Jordan: no that is a Vulcan salute

Lara: I got to say that's   that's even worse  dude 

Johnathan: kind of a freak

Jordan: you know  what    something a lot  freakier  then my social life  like what happened to the three of us in that barn  something were not being told about

Lara: he's right  Jon and  it's up to us to find out  what that is 

Johnathan: okay  whatever  weirdos

Cut to clark on the front porch as Lois comes out to talk to him

Lois: you thinking  what I'm thinking

Clark: Jonathan must have somehow shielded all three of them

Lois: you saw how confused  they are
They need to know  the truth

Clark: what's the truth  gonna do to Jordan and Lara   it's hard enough on them having a brother  that everything comes easy to  but having one that has powers like  superman

Lois: we don't know what he can or can't do yet  and yes  it will be hard for them  but they'll figure things out
Like they do right now

Clark: I can't lose Jordan  Lois  I mean Lara  she's already looks up to both of us  like Johnathan  but  Jordan  I feel like he's pulled so far away from me already

Lois: when we were dreaming about having a family  it didn't look like this did it   didn't have lost jobs   or teens with severe anxiety    or  parents gone too soon     no one ever dreams about the problems  but every life has them
Even the extraordinary ones

(As they smile at each other as Clark's super hearing as hears Lois's dad general sam lane driving up to the house)

Clark: your dad's back

Lois: that's not good

Cut to sam talking to clark about the thing that blasted the nuclear plant a couple of nights ago inside the house

Sam: had my team analyze  security camera footage  from both nuclear plants  where the ruptures occurred and this is the only commonality

(As he shows clark an image of a blurred man )

Clark: whatever  did this   it's moving fast

Sam: that's not all   we also discovered a sub microscopic etching at both sites thought  maybe  it was  a fingerprint at first
