Appearance -
Humanoid appearing made of a light blue plastic. It has a heart shaped torso, on its chest is 3 volume dials.
The volume dial looks like a bright pink circle, with a light blue heart as an arrow.
It wears a short purple cloak, and pink glass colour sun glasses.

Can place dials on people or object, and manipulate and adjust the volume of any sounds they make .
The dial setting is numbered from 1 - 10, with 1 being the quietest to 10 being the loudest.
These dials be make things much more louder or quieter than it naturally should.
Example:
Place dial on a person and set it to 2, if they try to scream it would come out like a whisper. Set the dial to 8, and even if that person try to talk at normal volume it would sound like them yelling.
These dial can be used for stealth. Like the user placing a dial on themselves, to lessen the sounds they make.
Even if stomp on the ground when running, their foot steps would create little to no sound.
Dials can be used to silence weapons like guns or explosives, also useful for causing distractions.
Can be used to gather info, by placing a dial on wall they can hear a conversation on the other side and ease drop.
The user can readjust the dials from long range, by manipulating the dials on its chest.
Weakness -
Low physical power, not suited for open combat.
Can only generate up to 3 dials at anyone time, to place a dial requires to contact. To place a dial on a new target, requires recalling one of the activated ones.
The dials can be manipulated by others, they can also readjust the volume.
This can be offset by the user placing the dials in a hard to reach places, like on someone back.
Only effect things directly on it. Dials will recall when far enough away, or if the object their on is destroyed.
