"Your not going anywhere with my daughters, Richard I swear to god if you Tuch a hair on her head I will kill you "I heard my mom screaming on the phone then I heard the door open and slam shut I layed my head on pillow and closed my eyes.
my mom hates my dad she has done every thing in her power to make sure that he was never a part of my life or my sister's life I don't even know what he looks like.
I heard a knock at my door I get up and open it when I do I see my baby sister Kate she has short jet black hair and soft grey eyes " hey Kate " I pick her up and sit her down on my bed " Kate you ok " she shakes her head " I seen mommy and daddy fighting.
" I shake my head " Kate daddy isn't here he never was " she gets up and takes my hand and pulls me out of my room and down the hallway until we reach my mom's room .
I look at the door and back at her I open the door and no one is there "see no mommy no daddy " I pick her up and go back to my room " Kate you can sleep in my in my bed if you're scared " she nodes and lays down In my bed I tuck her in and cut off my bed room light .
I kiss her on the head and slowly walk out my room and close my bed room door.i walk down stairs. I grab my favorite mug and fix myself a cup of milk ,I lean back on the kitchen island and sip on.my cup of milk
After 10 minutes of relaxing I hear the door open and close I see my mom at the door and she looked super stressed and pissed "mom" she looks at me "Go get your sister and go get in the car we're going to leave for a few days.
"I nod and go get Kate "Kate sweetie were leaving for a couple of days " she hopes out of bed and go gets her jacket and shoes I do the same and go down stairs and get in my mom's car and she starts driving .
It's been hours since we left and I'm getting a little hungry " Mom can we get some thing to eat " she nodes and Parkes at some pizza place .
I unbuckel Kate and take her hand.we get seated at a table and my mom order's 1 medium pizza .
the waiter places the pizza down and we thank him and start to eat my looked behind her and gets up " come on we need to go ".
" but mo-" "now " I pick up Kate and walk away from my delicious pizza we get to our car and she starts the engine she speeds away running a couple of red lights but gets stuck in traffic .
Kate starts to cry I climb in the back seat and give her her brown bear .a car runs in to us from the side and our car flips over a couple of times I I have cuts all over my body but it's nothing compared to my mom she had blood coming from her head and leg I get Kat out and I lay my hand on my moms shoulder.
As soon as I Tuch her I feel power take over me and all my cuts heal a glowing blue light comes from my hand and her shoulder disappears when I take my hand off of her shoulder .
I hear footsteps and I pick Kate up and run in to a forest fall in a deep hole .Kate is crying and screaming " shhhhhhh Kate shhhhhh" I cover her mouth until I hear the footsteps of the men fade stand up and I'm my eyes meet brown eyes with red and gold flecks in them.
I back up until I hit a wall " shhhhhhh I won't hurt you " says the boy he has black hair and looks around my age " who are you " he ask " I- I'm Eau" I say he holds out his hand I take it " I'm blaze " I nod" "weird name" I say he nods his head at Kate "who's she " " her name is Kate she is my sister " oh well Eau why are you here " he says " my mom died and I need a place to hide " .
I never thought of her as my mom she just doesn't look like me at all and i just don't think that she is I always feel like she hates my or has to deal with me I don't feel sad or mad or upset that she is dead I know it's cruel " .
But im just being honest " oh well Eau you can stay with me " ikm shake my head ".
I don't know you " I said " well then why don't we spend some time together " " no"

"Great , ok flow me " he takes my hand and leads me in other a cave filled with like nick nackes and food I sit on the sleeping bag and blaze comes to sit next to me with a chocolate bar and Gatorade he splits it in half and sips on the Gatorade then gives it to me .
" so Eau tell me about yourself " " well I am 14 and I lost everything my mom my home and I almost lost my sister she's 4 and I don't even know if she my real sister but family is family and she's all I got left " I give a small smile and ask him about his life " well I'm 14 too woot woot and I love fire I love food hate people and I lost my mom and dad too " I nod " why do you like fire " he wipes of his hands and stands up " are you ready to be amazed " I laugh and nod he puts both his hands in the air and makes a large fire ball with his hands I stand up and feel the energy running through me I feel water in my hands and I put out blaze's fire ball " what the I didn't know there was any one like me ,HE SAID THAT THERE WAS NO ONE LIKE ME " he's hands catch on fire and drops to his knees screaming I take Kate and lay her down on the far end of the cave " blaze " I gather water in my hands and I throw them at his hands he looks at me with fire in his eyes and runs out the cave .
I try to look for him and almost lost my way then I feel so relived when I see him sitting behind a tree. Lighting stuff on fire and towing then in to the lake.
"Uh blaze are you ok I didn't me-"no Eau I just never mind when did you find out you had powers " he said "Um an hour a go my mom died and when I touched her I got powers " I put my hand up and some water from the lake came up too "oh can you make snow or ice " I looked at the water and held some in my hand 'turn in to ice' the ball of water turn in to a hard ice ball I threw it in the air and thought of snow and little snow flakes fell in my hair and all over blaze . I almost fell in to then lake when I seen the snow flakes melt when they touched his body until the was covered in water .then he turned in to fire its self and then started walking back to his cave " blaze how did you _"he covered my mouth with his hand and pointed to 3 boys in the cave walking towards a white little ball with black hair .suddenly the 3boys turned in to fire just like blaze did . immediately the little white ball turned into Kate and she ran towards us but not before the three boys tackled her .
