*Unknown POV*
I'm in my house along with my sister, Fauna, busy cooking lunch for the 2 of us when I heard a loud explosion "What the-?" Confused I stopped cooking for a bit to look outside, Fauna of course heard it too as she was coming downstairs "Flora did you hear that?" Nodding at her I open the front door "Yes I did, do you know what it was?" Fauna shook her head, going outside we noticed a big dust cloud over in the distance, I see a few of our fellow townsmon go outside as well definitely wondering about the massive dust cloud
Suddenly the local rescuers start appearing and assured us that the dust cloud and explosion was probably a Loudred which a few of use find hard to believe I can tell "Don't worry everyone we already have a team investigate the area as we speak, there is no need to panic we just have to stay calm" murmurs among the crowd and the eventual follow up of getting back to business, Fauna placed her paw on my shoulder and told me to head back inside "Come on sis, the rescuers will handle this, besides I'm a little hungry, can you finish up lunch?" Shaking my head in amusement I head inside to finish what I started
I finished cooking after a few minutes calling Fauna over to eat, not too long after Fauna starts heading down to eat my cooking "Curry? My favorite!" Digging in I smirk menacingly at her 'Time to play a little prank' she looks over at me and my plate of curry "Sis? Why aren't you eating your plate?" I chuckle "You like the curry?" Tilting her head with a confused look she opened her mouth "Yes I do... Why...?" Laughing I stand up in a bipedal way "YOU ARE EATING JOLTEON MEAT! AHAHAHAHA!" Shocked she runs to the trash about to spit out the curry "I'm kidding I'm kidding! Haha! That'll teach you to eat more healthier food" mad she runs at me and starts punching, thankfully she was weak physically that is "Sis! Your so mean!" Laughing I tried to spit out the right words "Pff haha! I-I'm sorry! Hahaha!" Not long after she starts laughing with me
A little while later we finish eating up, Fauna was washing the dishes while I sit in the living room reading, she finishes up and joins me in reading, though she instead is reading a... Manga, looking over I see the title "Let's have a cook off rouma? Isn't that the cooking comic that got a show adaptation?" Fauna then turns her head to me so fast as if she had no neck looking at me as if I kicked a little poochyena and used leech seed on it "How dare you say this is a comic, it's a manga dear sister" looking offended I raise my paws up defensively "J-jeez I'm sorry I'm sorry! It's a manga not a comic!" Staring at me for a few more seconds she gets back into reading sighing I get back into reading as well, staying like this for a few more hours we eventually heard a loud commotion
"Huh?" Quickly finding my bookmark I placed it on the page I was in and went out, apparently Fauna didn't care too much so she kept on reading, outside I found a mob, though it wasn't an angry one, more like a confused one, looking over I saw the rescuers again, this time with an unconscious Jolteon with them "What the-?" Getting closer I join the mob "Don't worry everyone it's just an unconscious Jolteon, though we don't know what happened we found him in a large crater, we speculated that he got hit by a larger pokemon and got knocked unconscious, with the current shade problem it is likely, though shades will usually take the victims this one doesn't seem to be the case, we will have him in the pokemon center to be tested, we'll announce the results and if possible when he wakes up, ask him a few questions" murmurs among the crowd then a question "What if he's a shade himself? Shades can transform themselves into normal pokemon right?" Concerned murmuring was then heard in the crowd "Yes that is true but only higher ranking shades can do such things, it is unlikely he is one" the crowd was disposed when the team they sent started heading towards the pokemon center, a few followed while most just went back inside their houses I shrugged though with a weird thought in the back of my mind "Who was that Jolteon?" Shaking the thought off my head I went back inside "Oh well" and continued onto where I left my reading at
