Chapter 2 📚Kenzie's POV📚 I ran to my moms car the second I saw it. The faster I got there the less teasing. "How was school?" Maddie asked from the car. "Fine," I grumbled. She wouldn't understand. She loved high school and it loved her. I started my homework, hoping to avoid any questions. "Abby called today," my mom said. "Really! What'd she say?" Maddie said enthusiastically. I couldn't care less what she had said. It was all her fault I was a loser in school. "She wants Kenzie back on the competition team." There was no way I would compete again. I still did dance at Abby's just not competition. When my popularity left me, it was replaced by stage fright. "No way!" I exclaimed. My mom sighed. That would always be my answer. My mom pulled into our long driveway and the second she stopped the car I hopped out. I pulled out my house key and unlocked the door. I ran up to my room, lunging at my iPod. Melody told me to check kik, and the suspense was getting to me. I opened the app and saw a missed kik from Logan LeBlue. Every girl had a huge crush... even me. I clicked on it nervously. 'Hey Kenz, you busy Friday.' Did he just ask me out? Maybe I wasn't the biggest loser. I quickly replied but then I felt a nagging feeling in my head. This all seemed perfect too perfect
