Author's Pov

"Sebastian," His mother cooed entering his darkroom. He was laying on the bed with a heavy blanket all over him.

His mother approached him while looking around the place with discomfort, his room was messed up. It's been two days since his encounter with Bella and he hadn't attended the company, after drinking his senses out and destroying the bar room he locked himself in his room. His mother finally getting some courage decided to check on her short temper son. The room was completely dark, she scrunched her nose in disgust.

The hazardous smell of smoke occupied the whole space, his habit of smoking sometimes worries her especially when he doesn't care about his health. Her eyes steadily fell over his laid frame softening them right away, he hadn't eaten dinner last night. She turned the lamp on to get a good view of her son's messed face. Sebastian groaned in annoyance turning his face to look at his mother's concerned eyes, he felt a little bad for ignoring her worry from the last few days.

But he couldn't even blame himself, he was messed up, and his mind was filled with that vicious siren's taunts, and the encounter they had a few days ago left a huge impact on him. He wanted to forget her and the only refuge he found was to drink his ass off which he had been doing constantly for the last three days but it was of no use. She was still ruling over his senses.

"My life what's wrong? Why have you locked yourself in your room? " Serena inquired in a mumbled tone caressing his head.

Sebastian sighed shaking his head and closing his eyes wanting to sleep again, at least he was able to get rid of her thoughts in his slumber but the moment his mother woke him up, those alluring blue eyes again haunted him unwillingly. Why can't she just leave his mind? Just fucking why?

"Nothing mom I am fine." His mother sighed heavily hearing his hoarse restless voice.

" No, you're not, and I can see that. Tell me, darling, what's wrong, is there something you want?" She queried staring at him keenly, Sebastian always had a nature of being depressed if he couldn't get something he badly wants.

The last time he was this disturbed was when he couldn't get a sports car as he was a minor, but seeing him upset had always been his parent's biggest apprehension that's why his father used his power and bought him a sports car even though the next day he literally had an accident with it destroying the car completely, it was a fortune that he was left unharmed but still that incident didn't really stop them from fulfilling his every ethical or heinous wish.

"Nothing mom if I want something you know I can get it on my own now." She chuckled nodding with a proud smile plastered over her lips.

"Exactly my boy. Always get what you want, even if you have to snatch it from others. Because what's yours should stay as yours." Sebastian gave her a twisted grin nodding his head.

"Now get up, you're going to eat lunch with us. Come on." He frowned.

" Us? " His mother smiled walking towards the vast window, grasping the edges of the curtains she gave a hard jerk to them freeing the sunlight from the binds, he groaned closing his aching eyes for a few seconds.

"Yes. Maria is coming for lunch, you haven't met her after the party. She was worried about you, you aren't even answering her calls." She said grabbing his dirty clothes and throwing them in the basket.

Sebastian plainly rolled his eyes standing up from the bed, he flexed his muscular chest trying to get rid of the tiredness but he knew he was not going to be relaxed till he will see that fierce girl being scared of him. Then his mind went to that girl he met at the party, such a pity! She has everything which suits his world yet he craves someone that can never be his match.
