Izuku midoriya was a normal teenager among people with super-natural abilities in this society. If you didn't have a quirk you end up being discriminated.
Izuku learned this the hard way due to his former best friend turned into his biggest bully Bakugo Katsuki
Currently izuku was in his class packing his things until katsuki grabbed his notebook
Bakugo:What is this hero analysis what would a quirkless scum like need this for
Izuku: Kahccan give it back
Bakugo proceeds to blow up Izuku's notebook and throw it out the window
Izuku: Why did you do that
Bakugo: Hey deku I have a way for you to get a quirk
Izuku: What how
Bakugo: Go take a swan dive off the roof and pray in your next life you have a quirk
As katsuki and his lackeys left laughing at the green haired boy.
Izuku got up and went to the pond. He grabbed it was wet and some of his drawings were ruined
Izuku: Why is he such a jerk
Izuku questioned as he walked under the bridge. He then heard a strange sound from behind him. As he looked back and saw green sludge escape the manhole
Sludge villain: Your body looks good enough for me to hide in
Izuku tried to run away but the sludge villain was quicker covering izuku in sludge. Izuku tried to fight back
Sludge villain: Stop resisting kid it will be quicker than
But Izuku didn't stop something in told to survive his hand began to glow bright red which then burst into fire burning the slugde villain. Izuku was able to escape the grasp of the sludge villain. The villain continue to scream in agony eventually the fire stopped by itself
Izuku: What the hell was that
Izuku questioned as he looked back he saw the sludge villain was cover in scorch marks but he still got up
Sludge villain: You know what keep your body I'll just find a different body
Allmight: I don't think so
Allmight said from behind the sludge villain
Allmight: Detroit smash
Allmight yelled the attack caused a pressure of air to be send out in the direction of his punch. The punch caused the sludge villain to splat everywhere. As the hero went to collect the sludge villain. He noticed the green boy laying on the ground. As he went over to check if the boy was okay
Allmight: Excuse me young man are you okay
Izuku: Yeah I am okay
He vision was still blurry once his vision cleared up. He saw the hulking figure of the number one hero
Izuku:Oh my gosh your all-might can you sign my notebook
Allmight: Allright young man
Allmight took the notebook and signed it and gave it back to izuku. As izuku wanted to ask a question. The number one hero took a leap but izuku was holding on. Allmight saw this and knew if the kid were to fall from this height. He decided to land near a building
Allmight landed safely trying to keep his muscular form for as long as he could but his body betrayed him and transformed.
Smoke surrounded allmight once it cleared it revealed a skeleton like figure
Izuku:who are you what did you do to allmight
Toshinori: Calm down kid it is still me
As allmight explained his fight with all for one four year ago and showed him the stomach wound he got after the fight
Toshinori: So now kid I can only be allmight for 3 hour a day
Izuku: Oh but can I ask a question
Toshinori: What kid
Izuku: Can someone without a quirk be a hero
Toshinori: Sorry kid it is just too dangerous to be a hero with a quirk but you can still be a policeman sure their mocked for only taking the villain away but it is still a good job
Toshinori got up and went down the stairs.Toshinori felt awful for discouraging someone. As he tapped his pocket to check for the bottle containing the sludge villain noticing it was gone
Back to Izuku
Izuku stood on the rooftop shocked even the number one hero didn't believe he could be a hero. As went outside the building as he walked down the street and saw a crowd of people surrounding a hostage situation.
He managed to see the hostage was bakugo. The heroes were just standing there as none of the quirk were good for the problem.
Suddenly his body move on it's own.
He threw his bag at the villain and began to dig bakugo out. He was able to grab bakugo's shirt and began pull him out. But the sludge villain ,went to attack Izuku but luckily allmight came and stopped tha attack after witnessing Izuku's heroic.
Allmight attack the villain delivering and mass punch which not only gets the villain off bakugo but also causes it to rain briefly
After getting shouted at by the heroes for trying to save bakugo. He was walking back home. Until allmight came out of nowhere which shocked Izuku
Allmight: I am here
Allmight shouted but only to transform back to his skeleton form
Izuku:What are you doing here allmight
Allmight: I changed my mind after seeing how determine you are to become a hero you ran into the situation hand first without. So Izuku midoriya you can be a hero
Izuku fell to the ground because of hearing that he can be a hero
