The Other Chosen One (Harry Potter x Reader)

4th year: Chapter 24 3rd task

It was finally the day for the 3rd task and last. All the people were in the sanders waiting for the champions to come out

There was a group of people playing instruments while the crowds cheered

Amso Diggory ran up in the middle of to the field to wave at everyone and as soon as Cedric came out his dad was pointing to him

The woman's from Beauxbatons were going a little dance that looked like the Macarena

When the other champions were coming out with a guest or a family member or members

Dumbledore went up to a stole and put his wand at his throat to make him sound louder

"Silence"!! everyone then went quiet and the music stopped

"Earlier today professor Moody placed the Triwizard cup, deep within the maze. only he knows its exact position"

"Now as Mr. Potter-" the crowd cheered "Miss Cullen-" the crowd cheered again
"And Mr. Diggory-" the crowd cheered for the last time

"Will go inside the maze first since they're all tide, followed by Mr. Kurm-" the people all cheered "And Miss Delacour-" and people cheered again

"First person to touch the cup will be the winner. I've instructed the staff to patrol the perimeter, should at any point a contestant wish to withdraw from the task he or she need only send up red sparks with their wand" Dumbledore finished giving out all the instructions

"Contestants gather around, quickly"! said Dumbledore calling everyone "In the maze you'll find no dragons or creatures of the deep, instead you'll face something even more challenging"

"You'll see people change in the maze, find the cup if you can but be very wary you could just losse yourselves along the way" Dumbledore steep away to speak to everyone

"Champions, prepare yourselves"! everyone got up and clapped

"Cedric good luck" Amso said giving Cedric a hug "My boy" he said while pulling away from the hug "See you later dad" said Cedric

"On the count of three, one...-" but the canyon was off and the music started again

The 3 champions got in the maze as it slowly shuts

It was really quiet so quiet everyone could easily heard someone else voices or something happening to them

Cedric was in a part of the maze trying to look for the cup but when he tried to walk another way the maze started to connect together

He was having heavy breathing trying to get out of there

Fleur was freaking out, running everywhere to find the cup to get out of the maze

But suddenly Fleur stopped. she heard a noise and looked back behind and screamed

Not knowing why she was screaming but everyone could hear it but keeped walking because they didn't know where she was

Y/N was walking around and saw Kurm bending down at Fleur with white eyes and talking deep breaths

Y/N stand super still and quiet, waiting for Kurm to leave and when he did she saw Fleur

Fleur was on the ground getting pulled inside the maze by vines but there was no time to save her because she was already gone

The wind was blowing so hard Y/N was running while the maze was connecting together

Making it out on time, she looked in front of her to see the cup

The cup was far away but she could still see it's light. When Y/N was running towards the cup she bumped into Harry and Cedric
