Imagine Steve not staying with Peggy (Stucky)
"5.....4.....3.....2.....1" Bruce counted down the seconds before pressing something on the time machine. Steve was just bringing back the infinity stones to where they belong. Bucky was nervous about all this time traveling. What if he'd get stuck there? He knew Steve had done that before but he didn't trust that machine.
When he saw his lover on the clear platform, relief washed over him, and he smiled at the man. "And? How was it?" Bucky asked Steve, who walked down the stairs and put the box they kept the stones in, aside. "I went as fast as I could. Didn't want to leave my loverboy waiting." James chuckled at the soldier's cheesiness and a wide grin appeared on his face. Steve put his arm around Bucky and they walked over to the lake that surrounded the forest. Steve sighted. "I miss them." Bucky rested his head on Steve's chest as they sat down on a bench. "We all do. They're in a good place now."
