Serenity was finishing the paper that Mr.Feeny assigned when she heard her uncle Eli yell her name, "YES?" She yelled back but no answer "you've got to be kidding me" she rolled her eyes and got up from her bed walking into the living room.

Once she walked in, she saw Topanga standing in the doorway as her Uncle was standing near the door "Topanga's here" her uncle says

Topanga walked in as her uncle stepped out "I'll leave you two alone to talk about...whatever" he says awkwardly and leaves Topanga and Serenity alone

"Sorry, for coming to your house so late, but I really need somebody to talk to" Topanga says talking really fast

"It's okay it's only 9 o'clock" Serenity says and they both sat down on the couch "I thought you were hanging out with Corey"

"I was" she says nervously

"So what happened?" Serenity asked, trying to get an answer out of her

"Well, Corey told me he loved me" Topanga says Serenity eyes widened

"He did? Well, what did you say?!" Serenity asked

"I just walked away" Topanga says messing with her fingers feeling guilty

"What? Why? I thought you liked Corey" Serenity says confused.

"I do! It's just...we're young you know, I mean do we even know what love is?" Topanga questioned

"I've watched you and Corey for a while and I would say you guys look in love" Serenity says

"I'm scared" she confesses

"Maybe you should talk to Corey about this" Serenity suggested, truth be told Serenity didn't want to get in the middle between Corey and Topanga because she could say one wrong thing and their relationship would be over, and she really doesn't want that. To Serenity, they're perfect for each other, "The only thing I could tell you is don't shut him out"

Topanga gave Serenity I warm smile, and gave her a hug "Thanks"

"You're welcome" Serenity says giving Topanga a hug back.

"I should really get going" Topanga says, and stood up.

"I'll see you tomorrow" Serenity says waving Topanga goodbye as she walked out.

Next day
Topanga was bothering Serenity all day about what should she do about Corey. Serenity suggested that she just ignore him, since Topanga told Serenity that she needed time to think. Serenity decided to ignore the Shawn and Corey as well because if she talks to them, then they're gonna want to know did Topanga say anything to her about last night, and one thing Serenity isn't good at is lying.

Someone bumped into her causing her to drop her books she groaned and picked up her books not noticing who bumped into her "I'm so sorry" the person apologized she stood up and noticed it was Jaden

"Oh my god, Jaden?" She says a little surprised

"Serenity? Hey" he says embracing her

"You never told me you go here" she says, and he laughs

"I don't I just came here to give something to my idiot older brother" He joked, making Serenity laugh

"Who's your brother?" Serenity asked

"He's a jock, his name is Jason" He says

"Well all the football players are at practice in the gym" Serenity told him

"Thanks so I guess I'll see you later" Jaden asked

"Maybe"Serenity says, Jaden just laughed, and walked away
