After the Callicia's visit Hellis went out with Axion to the kings palace and left me with his entitled b*tches of a family
I'm now sitting in the library reading a romance novel, duh! Just because this is another world doesn't mean I've changed

"In the future... By some miracle, if you ever finds yourself in the position to fall in love again,fall in love with me" Atlas said while holding Lily's hand
"AHHH OM MY GOD!" I squeal as I read the line "Atlas is- he set the bar so high!"
"You seem to be enjoying the book" I heard someone say, it was Ricardo
"Yeah I am" I whisper in reply
"I like that book to it's so romantic" he says
"Ummm this book is about domestic abuse, the male lead of the story is an asshole, Atlas is only the second lead... If you read the book... Do you see abuse as romance?" I say, clearly he's lying about reading it
"W-well I was also talking about Atlas... He is a gentleman" he chuckles
"But you said you find the book romantic not Atlas's actions" I said
"Anyways! How are you feeling with your stay with us so far?" He changes the subject
"I'm doing fine young master Ricardo" I say
"Just call me Ricardo" he beams a smile
"So Ricardo, what are you doing here anyways?" I said as I glanced down to the book he's holding
"Power transfer: the four noble families"
He was reading a book about on how to transfer powers, I'm guessing it's for transferring Hellis's power to himself
I look at him in disbelief, is this guy serious?!?! He mistreated and neglected his own brother now he wants to take his powers?!?!
But I don't care, he probably thinks that he's not good enough anymore because he didn't inherit the "blossom of Inoaden" he didn't deserve it in the first place
"If your trying to get Hellis's powers for your own... Your quite selfish" I say
"What? How!?! Hellis is unqualified and unworthy of the power!" He reasons
"I'm doing this for the estate! Please understand!" He continues
"Then why does he have it? I heard that the powers was given to the four noble families by a god, so it's possible that the god chooses the next holder, are you saying that a literal god is wrong?" I answer
There's a possibility that it might be true, since people don't start evil, Diego Inoaden might have been a good person back then although he's too far gone now, I remember he chose love... He chose someone from a poor family even if it does not benefit him
He was also willing to sacrifice everything for his wife, he was a good man, when his wife died, he did not grieve properly, he didn't move on, instead he married someone who resembled his beloved wife
That led to a problem, because he didn't move on, his sadness turned into anger when he sees his son, the cause of his wife's death
If she didn't die, the story would have never happened, Gabriel wouldn't grow up to be a spoiled brat, Ricardo and Hellis will bond as siblings
